About a month ago I went to a circuit training workout class for educators at PPT. The atmosphere was welcoming and my nerves were put to rest very shortly after arriving. Brynn and Dave were excellent communicators showing each workout and explaining each step of the way. They made sure our form was correct and were so encouraging for us each to do our best. I live in Wellsville, NY and the drive to Preston PT is well worth it!

I was able to attend a boot camp for educators and had an awesome experience. Dave and Brynn were so welcoming and kind. They taught us exercises that we would be able to do at home as well and gave great feedback to help make improvements! I highly recommend checking them out if you are able to. I can’t say enough about this gym! The atmosphere is amazing, and the workouts are always fun but challenging in the best way. Dave is so sweet and truly cares about your progress — he’ll cheer you on, push you when you need it, and hold you accountable in such a positive way.

The bootcamps are my absolute favorite, and I love that they even offer lunchtime express classes for those busy days. If you’re looking for a gym that feels supportive, motivating, and welcoming, this is it!

I have been working Dave Preston for well over two years now, which has meant for adaptations to all kinds of unanticipated circumstances as the pandemic wrecked its havoc on the usual circumstances and routines. He has shown incredible upbeat versatile and creativity in applying his expertise to my changing training conditions, be it in the gym, in lock down, out of doors, in doors, winter, spring, summer, equipment or lack of equipment.

I’ve felt continually encouraged, never underestimated and wonderfully challenged as I have been given the methods I need to progress and most of all to really enjoy training.
