Been using the pride app for 8 months. Lost 30lbs. With Gregs recipes and meal prep suggestions I was able to make a whole “lifestyle” change. If you have ever been stuck in the cycle of losing/gaining back weight and disappointed in crazy diets. This is a great learning tool to put you on the right path a Healthier lifestyle and awareness of what you put in your body and how your body reacts. Also Greg is with you and is always there to answer any questions or concerns.

The PFN program has been absolutely amazing. I’m down 13 pounds and have kept it off. Greg is an incredible coach, he has provided me with guidance and tools I need to succeed. He always is available to help me with additional questions and barriers that come into play with everyday life. I travel a lot for work and he has helped me with food choices when eating out, what to pack when I am on the go, and the biggest barrier is that I am an extremely picky eater and he still was able to create a plan that works perfectly for me. He works with a team of medical professionals and nutritionists as well to create a holistic approach to your strength training. If any of you know or have been watching my journey with BII, you know that as recent as August I still struggle with active disease, secondary infections, side effects from medication and struggles with mental health. I reached the end of medical intervention and options for care, it was up to me to finish strong. I didn’t know if I could even walk on a treadmill let alone lift weights ever again. That did NOT deter Greg from wanting to help and take me on as a client. The past five months have been as turbulent as the past year but there was one radical difference, Pride Fitness. Each week I had work out customized to my baseline and abilities. I gradually got stronger. Within a few weeks I noticed a significant difference in my stamina and ability to be more independent. Within a few months my clothes were fitting different and I was more comfortable being social and going out. I went from only being able to use my own body weight to lifting free weights within just a few months. My balance returned, my ability to stand and walk any distance dramatically improved and most importantly I regained my self esteem that had been completely shattered from disease, surgery and relationship trauma. I will ALWAYS vouch for the Greg and the benefits of his program. If you have noticed a drastic difference in me lately, it’s because his program taught me how to be strong again. If you can’t commit to the gym or in person sessions, he has an app and training tools for virtual training success. Greg and his team are just absolutely amazing at what they do. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they truly care about their clients. Greg has checked in many times with me about my progress, about my diet and overall how I felt throughout my fitness journey. I started working with Greg almost a year ago when I needed a serious change. I was grossly underweight, not eating enough and running way too much. Over the last 11 months I have put on 20lbs and I feel so much better both mentally and physically. Greg is extremely easy to work with, the Pride app is easy to use and the workouts are easy to follow. The meals that are available to order weekly are absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve been working out on Greg’s program for almost a year- my mental and physical well being is at an all time high.
I then added Alaina’s food preparation service on Dec of 24’ after being on another one for month. I can’t compliment how great Alaina’s meals are and how great I feel. My previous service I ate to just eat and was often hungry- Alaina’s PFN Elite meals I actually look forward to eating and I’m never hungry.

When I started with Greg, I had never been to a gym and literally didn’t know how to use the equipment. I was headed into my late 40s and was looking to lose weight, transform my body, and take better control over my health and my life. Fast forward a year and a half, and my time with Greg and his team have done all that and so much more. My body hasn’t looked or felt this good in over a decade. I am nearing my goal weight, eating cleaner and sleeping better. I am stronger and less stressed than I have ever been, and have replaced a lifetime of bad habits with good ones.

Have been working with Greg 1 on 1 for three weeks now . My mood , endurance , weight and strength has all improved . Working with Dee was fantastic. The app helped keep track of my progress, but it was the 1:1 relationship that I was able to have with Dee that made all the difference. She was always available for questions, chats, and even a little kick in the tush when it was needed. (I personally need those often). She practices what she preaches and provides the inspiration and motivation to step out of your comfort zone and make changes happen. I also loved that Greg was also available for questions and is always friendly when seeing him in person - despite not being "his" client directly - it's obvious he cares about all the PFN clients equally.

When I signed up with pride fitness 10 months ago, my goal was to get lean and toned. I have always been in a consistent work out routine and ate fairly healthy However, I have gained about 10 pounds and couldn’t get rid of it no matter what I tried. I was very frustrated.
Greg has been great at educating me about the importance of proper nutrition. Turns out I was not eating enough and so my body was storing fat.
Greg tailored a specific meal plan that was easy to follow and prepare as well as specific workout routine tailored to accomplishing my goal.
Greg is always available for support and he’s flexible with adjusting my plan as needed.
At Pride there are so many resources and information to keep you motivated and help you accomplish whatever fitness goal you have, the trainers are always available and willing to provide tips to help keep you motivated.
Most people say to me I can’t afford it or it’s so hard to be so disciplined. I say if you want to you will. The amount of money we spend on Starbucks getting nails done, hair done, eyelashes, make up shopping etc. look at your health and fitness as one of those important self-care maintenance. You’ll be glad you did.
