Great gym at a fair price. The new owner gave they gym a much needed update. She brought in a lot of new equipment and upgraded the entire facility. I love this gym!

Shout out to Tommy at the front desk. I’m a member at the deer park location, so I don’t visit the ronkonkoma one as often, but whenever I do Tommy is always there and he’s been nothing but helpful to me. He has a super welcoming, and friendly attitude with the members and prospects and he never acts like it’s a burden to do his job.

Went in and got a day day didn’t even work out walked the gym quick realized it’s dirty and has rusted equipment. Asked for a refund for the day pass which is 20$?!? Was told they can’t do a refund meanwhile no signs are posted anywhere saying that. Stay away from this place. I’d rather workout prime time at a planet fitness and that’s saying a lot.

This gym is absolutely amazing. I thought it looked big from outside, but upon going inside, I was blown away, It's tremendous. The owner has two gyms, and she is a fabulous person who actually cares about her customers and their experiences. It's clean, well organized, and has multiple levels and sections for different exercises. There's even a women only section that appeals to a lot of women who prefer the privacy. There are even two new saunas in each of the giant locker rooms. What are you waiting for it's time to get healthy and take care of yourself. Go here your definitely not going to be disappointed. Once you walk in, the first thing you'll say is wow. Great job keep up the good work!!!

I came in today to work our and could only use the area with the machines. An employee told me that an annual boxing event was being held.

I was never told about this by anyone else on the staff. There also weren't any signs that I could see, or announcements online. This was a very bad disruption to my day.

I regretted signing up for a year a few months ago. There are too many machines and not enough benches, small plates, etc. The place is also EXTREMELY crowded.

Owners won’t put on the ac in the summer and heat in the winter. Its a common complaint among other members. I don’t mind sweating but it gets unbearable. They think opening the doors and putting on fans is doing something but it just pushes hot air around. I liked this gym because of the atmosphere and is very old school. If they fixed that air problem I probably would have re newed my membership. And yes, I have brought my concern to the staff several times.

This gym required my husband and me to jump through hoops to cancel our memberships after we moved several counties away. After providing a notarized letter we still received a bill over a year to two years later trying to charge us for our membership anyway. I do not recommend this gym because of the sheer hassle it has been.

Really nice place, your classic no BS gym. Always welcoming. Everyone I've ever met here is friendly and helpful. You'll want to come back. I've been a member of 7 gyms over the last decade across the country and this is my favorite. Been coming here for over 2 years now and have hit all my personal fitness and physique goals thanks to this place. Only complaint is they're not 24 hours, but I work shift work and am one of those psychos that somehow thinks working out at 3AM is socially acceptable. Cheers!

If you plan on working out here you’re going to need a tetanus.
Honestly, this place is probably going under.
Terrible service all around. Feels like no one knows what to do that n the place.
Also, was told a cancellation over the phone was no problem. When it came time to call to cancel my membership (moved out of state) I was told no problem.. it’s cancelled. Then, call back months later after it was not cancelled (and I was being charged ever month) and was told I was SOL, not getting my money back, and would have to complete a cancellation form in person. How can I do that from Nevada?

I got good instructor.. He manage to get myself a better body where its not too masculine but not too skinny. Great equipments for body building, you can have a great workout and all potential can be unleash. I really like the people who have the same program as me where we have shared tome together and inspired each other. Great experience in this place.

I love this gym. Members come here to work, not hang out on equipment taking selfies. The staff is super, super friendly, and the gym is very clean. I'm so happy I get to start coming back to Platinum. This is the gym I use to set the bar for comparing other gyms.

Equipment old, dust balls everywhere no hand sanitizer stations, hot in Summer with fans instead of A.C. blowing everyones sweat around. The treadmills slip and are old. Also, for most part of Summer the Women's gym was full of ants. If it was not for the new debit card chip my checking account would be held hostage forever! Great location but needs a major makeover.
