The gym is very clean and not crowded. Fantastic team. I’ve been training with Jacob Barsky for the past 10 months, and the experience has changed my life. When I started, I felt out of shape and unmotivated, but Jacob completely changed everything. He has incredibly excellent fitness expertise, and his personalized workout kept me pushed but never overwhelmed. I’ve radically improved my physical health and lost 45 pounds. I’m still going strong, with even bigger goals.
He is simply the best!

An amazing local gym with a even more amazing instructors. Very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. Gym is kept clean. Everything in order. Trainers are all very nice even to clients that aren’t theirs. Everyone is respectful to one another as if they were all a family. I’ve been to a few private/public gyms, and no place was like this one! Love this place & the people.
If you are looking for a place to get started on your workout/ weight loss journey, I DEF recommend you come check this place out, you will NOT regret it. 💪🏽

This place is fantastic. It’s nearby a lot of public transportation, owned by a very nice person who helps all of the attendees at the gym, and has a lot of high-grade professional gym equipment. I go here every week and I would recommend all of my friends, family and people who want to go to the gym to come here. I wish I could rate this place 10 stars but I guess I will have to stick to five.
