PPY has phenomenal teachers that bring the mental and physical aspects of yoga together, all under the beautiful park trees! I appreciate the ways that they create an all levels class experience with options for beginners and experienced students alike. Get a class pack-- the price is lower than other yoga studios in the area. Getting to spend time in the park in this peaceful way has been a great support to my health this year. Thank you PPY!

Prospect Park Yoga is such an incredible way to be with your body, your community and nature at the same time. Looking up at treetops with dabbled lighting during class, while feeling grounded and blissed out — it’s just such a treat. The teachers are amazing. Today we got to enjoy a poem during final resting pose. It was beautiful!

I have been practicing for a few weeks with this outdoor studio and I absolutely adore it. I’m critical of my yoga teachers and so far, I’ve taken classes with almost all of the teachers here and they all have their own beautiful teaching style. Class locations are well curated to be under the trees, convenient to entrances, and with just the most relaxing vibes. If you like yoga and you know, spending time outside, you must check out a class here.

I’ve attended classes at all of these locations. I love practicing yoga in the midst of all the life going on in the park. The wind in the trees is a constant source of peace, and it’s great training to stay on the mat mentally in the flurry of activity.

I loved attending Prospect Park Yoga at Grand Army Plaza today! The outdoor setting was so refreshing, and there was plenty of space between the mats. Olivia’s guidance makes the flow feel natural, grounding, and energizing at the same time. She explains everything clearly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I’m so glad I discovered this and can’t wait to keep attending through mid-November! See you again next week, Olivia!

Paige's class is one of the best! She doesn't only guide your body to flow but also your mind and soul.
I enjoyed her class so much! Her energy and the way she guided us through the class was exceptional.
To me, yoga is not about posses and moves, it's a spiritual thing, a way to disconnect from the outside and deeply be connected insided, and grounded, and Paige's class was as simple as that!
Thanks, Paige!

I loved teaching outside with Prospect Park Yoga. The Lincoln Rd location is right near the lake and has great tree coverage for the warmer days. Will definitely miss the community and hope to take a class in the future!

Feels so good to take part in the glorious public choreography of the park by doing yoga with a breeze. Great teachers too!

I attended a 10am weekend class taught by Olivia at 15th st entrance. It was really lovely and exactly what I needed. I’m in town on business staying the weekend as a tourist. Her practice was clear, kind, strong and included helpful modifications. With the ‘intro’ code, the class was only $10. The app was easy to use and I found the class in the park quickly. It’s so peaceful under the trees. I highly recommend Prospect Park Yoga.

Julia's class was fantastic! The moves flowed seemlessly, and she provided modifications and adjustments when needed. The outdoor setting was lovely. I'll take another class again when I'm in the area.

Practicing yoga in the park is so peaceful. There's something very special about moving to the sounds of birds' songs. Prospect Park yoga teachers do an excellent job of modifying practices for the outside and helping students stay focused despite the sounds and activity around us. I loved feeling the breeze as I practiced and felt very calm afterwards. If you've never tried yoga outdoors I recommend it!

Can’t say enough good things about Prospect Park Yoga!! I love outdoor yoga, but too often I have found the classes to be so big and impersonal. PPY is just what I have been looking for — high caliber instruction, small class sizes, beautiful outdoor setting, convenient class times and locations. Thank you PPY!

Took a few classes here with Olivia and absolutely loved them! She’s easily the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had, leading a very active and upbeat class which was perfect for the park setting. Can’t wait to take another with her!

Teaching with Prospect Park Yoga has been a wonderful experience. The classes are small and focused, which allows for more personalized instruction and connection with students. It feels like a high-quality indoor yoga class — but nestled in the natural beauty of Prospect Park. It's the best of both worlds! The setting adds something special, but the real value is in the strong sense of community that’s built in every class.
