At PtrComplex we specialize in personal training and massage therapy, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals while being as close to pain free as possible. Our fitness programs are tailored to suit each individual's unique needs, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness. In our massage sessions we assess the client and configure the best plan of action to alleviate pain through manual therapy and corrective exercises.

I’ve been going to Sheldon regularly for a little over 1 year and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s my go-to for all things sports therapy. I originally started seeing him for low back pain and tight hips and he has helped me tremendously.

I see him every month for a tune-up and it keeps me feeling mobile, strong and allows me to push myself in the gym. He also gives me target stretches and exercises to do at home and before workouts, which have helped with recovery and performance in the gym.

Sheldon has completely changed my life. From mental strength to physical strength and even recovery, he’s been the absolute best. He’s my virtual coach and when I came to him, I was experiencing so much shoulder pain. I went from not being able to bench the bar alone to now easily hitting 120 on the bench. Sheldon is the absolute best PT you can go to for recovery and preventing further injuries. He’s helped me recover from lower back pain, tight hips, shin splints, and terrible forearm tightness due to work and exercising. Not only did I recover 100%, he also created a detailed exercise and stretching plan to prevent all of these injuries from happening again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of getting back to 100%.

Sheldon has a lot of experience in what he does. I had an achilles injury that stemmed from instability in my foot and calf. He was able to diagnose it, alleviate the swelling with massage and give me exercises to strengthen the areas so it doesn’t happen again. I’m very grateful to him.
