Pulse Lagree Fitness brings the transformative Lagree Method to Syracuse through energizing pop-up classes and private sessions. We combine high-intensity, low-impact movement on the Microformer with expert coaching to deliver a full-body workout that’s gentle on your joints but big on results. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned in Pilates-style training, our classes build strength, endurance, and flexibility in just 35 minutes. Had the best time at my first Lagree class. Coming from a heavy lifting crossfit background I was very hesitant, but I was shaking like a leaf the entire time and loved my 1st class!

Tried Pulse Lagree Fitness for the first time recently and fell in love. I love all things wellness and this is right up my alley. This is a combo of low impact meets high intensity with a focus on that core strength which for me personally is challenging in the best way for the body! Our trainer/teacher Ashlee was amaze balls! Hope to experience more of this soon!

This was my first time trying out Lagree and it was great! Ashlee was an amazing instructor and gave us a challenging and fun workout. Her cues were clear and she even demonstrated each move so we would know what to do. I will definitely be taking more classes in the future!

Ashlee is incredible! She is encouraging, knowledgeable and brings allll the energy! Her instructions were super clear- no need to be nervous as a beginner. Class was so much fun (my muscles are still burning from a few days ago) & I can't wait for more! 10/10 recommend taking a class with Ash! You'll be hooked
