Amazing experience with friends. The puppies were too cute! And we managed to have an amazing yoga session too, it was easy to follow. At the end of the yoga session we had a socializing session to play with puppies, take photos and enjoy the amazing green juice. The music, the vibes were excellent too. This is run by an all female crew and can't wait to go back!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience here.

When I was bitten by a puppy, there was no apology at all from the staff. At first, they did not seem to know if there was anything available for immediate disinfection and just told me “they would get back to me” — but then ever did. Eventually, they only offered me an alcohol wipe.

When I asked if I should get myself vaccinated in 24hrs and if the puppies were fully vaccinated, she kept avoiding the question, repeating whatever she wanted to say instead of answering. Only after I pressed her several times I finally got a vague response of “I suppose so.”

Even then, there was still no apology, and instead I was asked to cooperate by filling out a form. She kept asking if there was anything else they could do for me — and it felt like they only wanted me to say “no” so that they could avoid responsibility, as if I might “make trouble” otherwise.

In fact, all I wanted from the very beginning was simply a basic disinfectant tool. The lack of empathy, transparency, and professionalism left me with a very negative impression.

Depends HEAVILY on the breed you get, beware. We paid $70 for 20 seconds of holding an unhappy puppy and a few stray pats as they ran by.

We had Shiba Inu’s, a notoriously non-affectionate dog breed that no-surprise did not want ANYTHING to do with us the entire session. It feels as though a breeder wanted their puppies socialized around humans and we got to pay for the privilege.

This would’ve been worse if not for the single employee (out of the three) that actually tried to facilitate the puppies interacting with us by picking them up and bringing them over. The male employee seemed content to hold a puppy the entire time while looking checked out.

Without that employee we would’ve gotten literally 0 interaction for more than 5 seconds with any of the puppies. They should know better than to book non-affectionate breeds (of which there are only a few) for an event centered around human-dog interaction.

My group + a few others went 10-15 mins with no puppy time in the beginning because all groups were continuing to hold their puppies

This experience is worth every penny! Great yoga instructor and the puppies were adorable. One way the staff could improve the experience is by making sure every participant gets time with a puppy after yoga. Some participants “hogged” the puppies which was frustrating since we were all there for the same experience.
