I purchased two tickets for last week for myself and a friend. My friend arrived on time, but I was running late. The staff member on site told us we could reschedule and provided the customer service email. I reached out a week ago to reschedule and still haven’t received a response. Just wanted to share that this feels quite unprofessional.

I took my dad because he has never been before and I have gone several times. Needless to say, my dad and I had the best time ever!! We went to the Williamsburg location, and they have the most amazing staff and yoga instructor (also the cutest cockapoo puppies!). I will definitely be going back multiple times and would recommend anyone who loves yoga, or puppies, or both to do this!

Of course this isnt an actual yoga experience, but the mats are so close to one another and close to the walls that you cant actually properly move even if you wanted to follow the class. It’s more about the puppies and so I was extremely annoyed they didnt announce the breed or reply back to any DM requests of me asking (website says it will announce on instagram 3 days prior). We ended up with shiba puppies, which are adorable but totally uninterested in people and yeah not the vibe I was hoping for. I wish I had known in advance. Also, avoid the mats in the back or corners if you want any interaction at all. If you go, make sure it’s a class with breeds that are actually sociable.

I had a fantastic experience at Puppy Sphere! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave us a great impression. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, not just to us but also to all the puppies. You can tell they genuinely care and take excellent care of the animals. The puppies were happy, playful, and clearly well-socialized. the best experience! yoga instructor was great and so was the puppysphere workers. they were so gentle and kind with the puppies. the only downside is that some people hog the puppies BUT the workers try their best to make sure everyone has a good experience and they **gently** ask people to share.
