I came in for a free day trial, and the experience started off positive. The day before, a male staff member (possibly the manager) showed me around, and he was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
However, when I returned the next day for the actual trial, things went downhill. I told the front desk lady I was here for my free trial, and she insisted I had to pay $20—even though I hadn’t used it before. After some back and forth, she finally let me in but kept my ID.
I did my workout, which lasted about two hours. When I came back to the front desk, she commented, “You worked out for a long time,” in a tone that felt unnecessary and a bit judgmental. Then she asked what I thought of the gym. I told her I wasn’t sure yet and needed time to think about it. Instead of accepting that, she became pushy and said I “had to give her a reason.” After I explained my reasons, she told me they were “not good enough,” which was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Her attitude throughout the entire interaction completely overshadowed the good impression I got the day before from the manager. A gym should feel welcoming—especially during a trial—and this experience did the opposite.

This is a good gym if you live nearby and don’t want to go to any other gyms. $45-60 a month is worth it since not many come here due to it being on the pricier side. Bathrooms are usually clean. Only issue I have is that they make it really difficult to cancel the membership. Why am I trying to cancel my membership? Because I’m working and going to school full time. I have contacted the front desk and they always lead me to a rats race, I even left voicemails. Besides that, gym is very nice. Sometimes get too packed. Please note, this is not a big gym.
Update: I did not know there was an online form. They actually called me to resolve this issue which was very professional and as a long-time customer, I really do appreciate when I feel valued as a customer. Bravo !

The present manager, Richard, is awesome! He really cares about the concerns of the members and makes effort to find solutions for the overall benefit of the space and members. I recently had a major concern regarding the area dedicated to functional training due to a revamping of workout equipment. Not only did he say he will look into it, he did something about it and the next time I came in. It was handled!
As far as the gym, it is well rounded for most peoples needs.
The space is the smallest out of all the Push Fitness locations however they maximize the usage of space.
I feel the fact that the manager is willing to handle the concerns of his members speaks a lot and makes the members feel appreciated!

I had a really frustrating experience at the location on 188th Street and Union Turnpike. I went there planning to sign up, but there was no one available to help with the enrollment process. Even worse, I was charged $20 for a single visit — without receiving any real assistance or explanation.
The gym itself was not in good shape. It was dirty, the equipment was limited, and overall it felt neglected. For the price they’re asking, I expected a much higher standard. They also advertise that you can bring a guest, but that turned out to be completely false — another example of misleading marketing.
The staff didn’t help either. They were unprofessional, rude, and didn’t seem interested in answering questions or offering any kind of support.
Overall, this place doesn’t live up to what it claims. It felt like a waste of time and money.

I had what was truly a bizarre experience going into this gym today with the intention of possibly becoming a member and after reading other reviews here afterwards I wanted to share it. I had seen the fairly low rating this gym has here on Google, but it is the gym that is most conveniently located to me now other than one I would never consider entering and it’s only a few doors away from an establishment I already frequent so I figured why not go in and check it out. I didn’t fully enter the gym, but from what I could see it looked clean and inviting and I was feeling positive about it at first, like maybe this was actually meant to be my next gym. I then had an interaction with someone who seemed to be the manager. I didn’t get his name, but from reading other reviews I’m fairly confident it was Rick because my experience with him very much tracked how others have described him and his unprofessional attitude. I told him I was looking to join a gym and he said great—the interaction started out positive. However, when I inquired about pricing/packaging and asked if there was any sort of trial period—perhaps a week free trial like the last gym I belonged to in my old neighborhood had offered me before I signed up—he acted like this was a ridiculous thing to ask. He insisted “no gym offers that.” He told me what the monthly price was and then clarified when I asked that you have to commit for a year, there’s no month-to-month option. Signing up for a YEAR is a big commitment without even having the opportunity to try out the place first, so I asked, just to be clear I wasn’t missing something: “So it’s either you sign up for a year or nothing, no in between?” His response to that was what was truly bizarre for someone supposedly interested in obtaining my business, the more I think about it. He got defensive and said in a condescending tone, “No, it’s not ‘or nothing,’ you have alternatives. There are other gyms you can go to.”
Such a truly flabbergasting comment, I didn’t know how to react to it in the moment. He eventually said that if I bring in a local ID, I can come in for free one time—which would’ve been perfectly acceptable to me if that’s what he had said right away when I first asked if there was a trial option. He could’ve said, “We don’t offer a full week trial, but you’re welcome to one free class/workout session.” That would’ve been fine. And I now see on the gym’s website that they PROMINENTLY ADVERTISE a free guest pass. So he could’ve just told me about that right away!! But what he did first was get an attitude and basically tell me to bring my business elsewhere. Even after that interaction I was still interested in coming in for free once and possibly joining because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that that was just a weird one-off interaction and that it wouldn’t be typical if I were to join. But then I came here and read so many reviews describing a similar attitude from him that it seems wise not to go back. I will take his suggestion and find another gym to join.

Gym equipment and environment itself is not bad. Management, however, is an absolute scam. Not only do they double charge you on your last month (something that happened to me and a lot of my friends) but after years of not going there they sent a scam debt collection service after me.
I have receipts of monthly payment which makes me surprised at how much they want to run your pockets.

I have been coming here regularly, but the front desk experience has been really disappointing. Every morning, the lady at the front desk shows a very unfriendly attitude toward me. I’m not sure if it’s personal or even some kind of discrimination, but it makes me feel uncomfortable and ruins my mood for the entire day.
Good customer service should make people feel welcome, not singled out or treated with coldness. I really hope the management can look into this issue because this behavior is unacceptable for a place that deals with customers every day.

I’ve been coming to Push Fitness in Fresh Meadows for nearly a month now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve experienced in New York. The location is convenient, the space is huge and spotless, and the gym is fully equipped with a wide variety of weights and machines. The sauna works perfectly, and the overall atmosphere is energetic and welcoming.
A special shoutout to Richard and Nancy—I truly appreciate the daily warm welcome from both of them. Nancy also makes incredible shakes, smoothies, and overnight oats that hit the spot post-workout.
Frankly, I’m surprised by some of the negative comments I’ve seen, because I haven’t experienced anything like that at this location. Push Fitness Fresh Meadows is a well-rounded gym with a great vibe, caring staff, and everything you need to get in a great workout.

I’ve been coming to this gym for quite some time , the staff are great but my only negative is there is absolutely no air conditioning customer in the gym or on the machines. The summer months are coming and there is literally no air here. At the other push locations they have AC on and there is also a fan equipped on the machines and it’s a big issue for me. It is way too hot to be working out with no circulation. I have complained about this for some time with the staff but there hasn’t been any changes.

I had to cancel my membership at Push Fitness Club due to the new manager, and it’s a shame because I’ve always enjoyed the gym. The new manager, who is Asian, seems completely careless when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism. He wears the same black shirt and jeans every day, and his belt, once black, is now a faded, disgusting green. On top of that, he smells bad, which is off-putting in a gym environment.
This lack of hygiene is clearly affecting the gym itself. The place has become dirty and dusty, and the juice bar, which used to be a nice perk, is now unsanitary. It’s clear the manager doesn’t maintain the standards the gym once had. He drives a beat-up Kia Optima, which seems to reflect his overall neglect for the business.
I just couldn’t ignore how the gym’s quality was slipping under his management, so I had to leave. It’s disappointing to see a gym I once loved go downhill so quickly.

I attended a free class today with my best friend, who invited me to this gym with the intention of signing up. However, I encountered a discriminatory attitude from the manager. Upon my arrival, when I informed him that I had a free pass, he condescendingly stated that I needed a local ID. I complied and provided my ID. His manner of speaking gave me the impression that he might have assumed I was an undocumented individual.
After the session ended, as I was leaving, he reminded me about my ID, and I completely forgot that he had not returned it to me. He then inquired if I planned to subscribe, to which I replied that I had scheduling conflicts. This was untrue, as I had no intention of signing up at that gym. The manager pretended not to understand me when I spoke in English.
The service I received was appalling, and I believe the manager exhibits discriminatory behavior. If you are a citizen of foreign descent, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Numerous other gyms offer better treatment and respect for their clients.

Beware of this gym. After being a member for three years I finally canceled my membership. I signed up for a more professional gym that is $200 more but this gym was so bad it pushed me to do so. Let's go down the list of things that are wrong with this gym.
And how the only thing that's worth it is the location. 1. there are two squats racks you will spend most of your work out waiting for the squat rack. 2. Lots of young unprofessional kids screaming and lifting weights they can't even manage. 3.
Smells terrible they should have someone to spray air fresheners. 4. Terrible costumer service rude and judgmental weird managers. 5. You will get there and majority of machines are broken and unaligned really outdated machines and equipment. 6. Only one of each machine so expect to wait 10-15 min in between each set to be able to use the other machines. 7. Sauna is not even hot and fits one person. 8. This is not luxury this is a $50 a month gym that is worst then planet fitness. This gym has potential due to its location. However they must do some serious investing in new machines and gym facilities safety. I will never forget the day I was in there and the ceiling fell through definitely a major safety hazard and made me feel unsafe every time I would work out under the ceiling. They got so lucky no one was under that when it happened . Save your money and go to the new planet fitness they opened by Applebees. This gym is $50 a month and is worst than $10 planet fitness. $50 a month and when you walk in and out of there don't expect to feel welcomed or even receive a greeting. They must retrain there whole staff in customer service. Since the machines are so bad staff service should be better to make up for the bad facilities.

The 3 stars on here speaks for itself, but here’s my experience: If you’re thinking about joining this gym, don’t waste your time. The photos might look good, but the experience is a completely different story. The management is unprofessional and not transparent about fees. I was told there were no hidden charges, only to find out later there’s a $199 cancellation fee they never mentioned.
The sauna was one of the main reasons I signed up, but it’s terrible. It barely gets hot and takes forever to work. The gym itself is overwhelmingly male, and the vibe is unwelcoming. There are much better options out there, even places like Planet Fitness, where everything is straightforward and cancellations are easy. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I visited this gym today intending to get information about a membership, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I was assisted by someone named Rick, who was incredibly egotistical and not courteous at all. Instead of providing me with the information I needed, I had to keep asking questions because he seemed uninterested in explaining anything about the gym’s services.
The most upsetting part was his disrespectful attitude at the end, bluntly saying: “What do you want? A gym with a pool? We don’t have one, just machines. Make up your mind—do you want to sign up or not?” This is not the right way to treat a potential customer who was almost ready to join the gym.
I strongly suggest reviewing this employee’s attitude and training, as his behavior not only discouraged me but also made me feel completely undervalued as a customer.

So I was looking for a gym in the area and out of the two, this is the place to go. I read the reviews previously and that did not deter me from signing up. I signed up with Rick and he was very pleasant. My experience so far has been very enjoyable.
It's nicely decorated inside, no jarring colors if that's your thing. It's clean and maintained nicely. My favorite aspect is the sauna and the juice bar! Nancy makes amazing smoothies so make sure to pass by the juice bar for a special treat after your workout!

I’ve had a very poor experience with the gym. I rarely complain, but it just got to this point. I agreed, with the head manager, Rich, that we should freeze my membership for several months to accommodate an EMT course I was taking. A couple of months in, I got a call from the collection agency screaming at me for not paying. It was during my brothers' wedding, and they threatened to harm my credit score if I didn’t pay immediately. The gym did not communicate with their biller/collection agency. To make matters worse, when I told the gym, specifically Rich, about the situation they kept saying they would get back to me, and just completely disregarded the situation. When I finally got a hold of them, they kept saying it is what it is. It’s rightfully owned to the gym and there’s nothing they can do. I have never been so infuriated by a company in my life.

I was a member of this gym for 2 years, but no longer felt the high membership fee was worth it. But beyond that, the contracts and “promotions” were pretty sneaky. The promotional rates are not really free month passes as there are many fees and nuances you must consider when signing up. In addition, recently I was charged continually after my 1 year contract. You automatically get converted to a monthly membership if you don’t cancel 30 days before and there is no reminder and really no point of an annual contract with an end date if you’re going to just continue monthly rates anyway…. just confused. Gym itself was nice, clean, and I had no issues. Just the fees and parking are tough.

The club has lots of rules, which is a good thing. Unfortunately they selectively enforce them. Many of the members are entitled primedonas who have no idea what proper workout etiquette is. People camp out on machines and use them as phone booths. Most of the managers are rude, dismissive, and useless.(See the many reviews below).

Pros: The gym is clean, and they've recently made some upgrades. Many of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the smoothie bar is convenient and reasonably priced.
Cons: Biggest issue I've noticed is that some patrons think they run the gym. One in particular regularly intimidates other members, usually when they try to use a piece of equipment that has been empty for ten minutes only to find out this person is using it as part of his circuit (which is not allowed per the gym rules anyway). This member has also harassed the staff on a number of occasions, making a loud scene in front of other gym members, and management turns a blind eye. If you go in, look for the guy who is typically found wearing a red sweatshirt and who's grunting can be heard over noise-cancelling headphones.
Some of the staff are standoff-ish to the point where it makes you wonder why they work in a customer service role. The gym has a list of "rules" that are never enforced, which leads to everything from crowds of highschool kids camping out on equipment and using benches as couches to socialize, to individuals like the ones mentioned above thinking they own the place.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I certainly would. My experience began when I signed up for a summer promotion, which advertised a monthly rate of $43. After the first two months, I was unexpectedly charged approximately $190. This was a significant discrepancy from the agreed-upon rate. To exacerbate the situation, my account was subsequently sent to collections, and I was compelled to pay over $300 to settle the balance.
Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Even after I paid the collection balance, Push Fitness continued to charge my account without my consent. This unauthorized billing was not only frustrating but also a blatant violation of my trust and consumer rights.Given this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering signing up for this gym, particularly based on their promotional offers, to reconsider. The practices of this gym are deceptive and unethical. Clients deserve transparency and honesty, neither of which I encountered at Push Fitness. I am currently in the process of contacting the gym's manager to address these issues directly. If the situation is not satisfactorily resolved, I intend to pursue legal action to rectify this matter. Consumers should be protected from such predatory practices, and I am determined to ensure that others do not have to endure a similar experience.

Editing to include more details: Right off the bat, Rick had a condescending demeanor. He kept going back on his words and making the process to enter the gym difficult by contradicting himself (saying that you need to show proof of living in queens, which I didn't have on me, and is ridiculous because I've never heard of a gym requiring that nor is it specified anywhere). He then proceeded to accuse me of having an attitude. The maintenance of the gym is very clean and neat, The fitness classes are excellent, especially the Spin class with Lisa. Lisa is an excellent instructor.. Lisa has the passion and energy for what she does. . Lisa is very committed to what she does best, which is spin, total body and pilates. Push fitness have everything I need for a workout. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will rate Lisa classes a 10.

Push Fitness is the centerfold of trying to scam and push hidden fees onto you and your card. The manager is very shady and often tries to sweet talk his customers into signing up for memberships with hidden sign up fees and more. Unfortunately, my experience with the gym's management has been highly disappointing. Despite promises of excellent customer service and a well-maintained facility, the reality fell far short. Nicki seemed disorganized and unresponsive to member concerns. She straight up will lie to your face about solving any bank issues. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and failure to prioritize member satisfaction reflect poorly on the management's ability to effectively run the gym. Also the disgusting attitude that she gives members will not make you want to come back. If you notice the reviews everyone points out the negative management. The owners need to hire new managers.

I love this gym. But management made it so difficult to stay. Specifically Nikki gave me such a hard time with every inquiry I had. Every month I had to keep calling my bank since I kept getting charged more than once and she kept confirming that it’s fixed but it wasn’t 6 months later still hqppening and not to even mention trying to cancel the membership a headache getting management to listen to you they will lie to your face that they have it under control and never even put in effort to fix it.

Rick Rick Rick - Worst Gym Manager I have ever seen...
How do I even start? I have been coming to this gym for the last year and a half and Rick has been the worst to deal with as he works the night shift. There has been multiple nights where he runs down the stairs with his ipad in his hand telling me he saw me use those weights and I need to re-rack it. I re-rack any weights I ever use and tell him that I never used those weights. He threatens to show me video evidence off the ipad and when I asked to see it with him since I obviously never used the weights... he runs off and says he has evidence?? Another time as I was in the locker room changing, he runs into the locker room after I signed in and asks me to sign back in as that picture did not look like me when it clearly does... He mentioned a lot of people who "look like your kind" sneaks into the gym sometimes? I have been going here for over a year, signing in every time with him looking at me. After going back into the locker room, a few other Asians have said that Rick harassed them as well. I am not sure if he is racist, against Asians, or thinks he can pick on us but clearly there is something going on. I have spoken to 8 other regulars at the gym about him and they all have had horrible experiences with him. He even told me another time, if you plan on using that machine you better re-rack your weights before I even used or thought about using it. Honestly it's disgusting how he treats guests with his superiority complex. You are a gym manager Rick... please look in the mirror sometime.
Other than that, the other employees are amazing! The cleaning crew keeps the gym spotless and is always wiping down the floors and machines non stop. They are the reason people are coming back to this gym.
You look at almost every one star review here and you will see someone mention Rick. The only response will be "This will be addressed internally" but nothing ever happens. There needs to be a change.

I've only been at the gym for about a week, and it's kind of surprising for me to be leaving negative feedback on staff behavior so soon. Whenever I've needed help, they seem to be deep in conversation, completely ignoring anyone waiting for assistance. I've had to approach an older guy twice about membership questions, and he's been pretty rude and unwelcoming, though I don't know his name yet. Even the other staff members I encountered just gave me a blank stare and ignored me.
But putting the staff issues aside, the gym itself is great. It's clean, and the other members are friendly. There's no one breathing down your neck, and everyone puts their weights back where they belong. The workout section, in particular, is something I'm really happy about. This would be the only reason why I would continue to be a member at this gym.

Unfortunately, sharing a negative review because of their billing/cancellation system. When requesting to cancel, we were told to print the form online and mail it out, and that in-person cancellations were not allowed. We acknowledged this fact and printed the form, filled it out and sent in our cancellation notice.
We were informed that we would be charged the next month, which we also acknowledged.
We sent this notice in during the third week of August 2023. We were charged September 2023, which was OK.
October comes around and we are charged again.
I call the fitness center and they then tell me we need to come in person to cancel instead of paper-form-mail? So you're telling me that I not only wasted time printing-mailing-stamping, but also spent another 2 months of membership whilst WAITING for my cancellation to happen.
NOW, I have to go BACK in person, and possibly wait 2 more billing cycles to cancel? (In addition to the few months in between since Aug to now Jan 2024 that I was charged because I was out of the country.)
I tried to file a charge back, unfortunately, I don't have "proof" of my cancellation mail that I sent back in August. It's funny how they are diligent to apprehend their losses when a chargeback was filed, yet they are incompetent and RADIO SILENT when a customer is trying to cancel.
Did they receive my mail back in August? Did they see it and throw it away? Did they never receive it? Is it sitting on their desk collecting dust? Seriously, left the nastiest taste in my mouth when I think about how complicated they make things for a simple gym membership. I've had lesser costing gym memberships that made it much easier.
Do not join this gym unless you enjoy being told different things and paying extra amounts due to their incompetence.

I am honestly shocked to see all the negative reviews. I joined 8 months ago the whole staff is friendly the gym is clean and well maintained the juice bar is incredible with plenty of options. I go 4 to 5 times a week and I have no complaints, just like any gym if you go in during peak hours it will be a little busy but it's 100% manageable. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is serious about training.

Treats military members and their families like garbage. Husband got last minute orders out of the country and they told me to have my sister bring in a copy of the orders after informing me it had to be cancelled in person. My sister brought the paperwork and they gave her the run around telling her I had to send an email. Got no response. Would’ve liked to just cut my ties the correct way. Gym is very packed during 5-9 pm as expected with all gyms but this one is pretty small and you feel it when it’s packed. A lot of wait times for machines and weights. Still feels very clean and machines are replaced often for newer models even when there is nothing wrong with them which is a good sign of upkeep. I like the atmosphere and people, which really helps when going to the gym. If you don’t go from 5-9 you’ll have a much easier and faster time working out but otherwise you’ll have to wait or ask to work in. It has more than the minimum needed for a good gym but simply doesn’t have space for extra stuff (that other push fitnesses in NY have). Honestly very expensive especially for all that it offers when you could go to LA fitness instead. Main reason I go is location.

Went on a guest pass and the Gym itself wasn’t that bad, and the working sauna was a plus. Unfortunately didn’t get to finish my workout because as soon as I came out of the locker room, one of the managers (Antonella) was waiting for me with my ID to ask about my experience. What started off as a pleasant conversation (although I was a bit weirded out that she was waiting for me outside the locker room) quickly turned for the worse. She began arguing with me claiming that a squat rack was actually called a smith machine and that a hack squat machine was actually called a squat rack. In genuine confusion I googled “smith machine” on my phone to show her the difference, showed it to her to which continued to speak to me in a condescending tone by stating “I’ve only been doing this for 30+ years, I know what I’m talking about.”
As I tried leaving the facility, she continued to keep this conversation going and started asking me what I call other machines. I respectfully told her, I don’t wish to continue this conversation and left. What a shame

Pros: The gym is pretty clean and most of the machines are kept clean and well maintained, some of the people who go here too are pretty nice and let you work out in peace and don't mind helping.
Cons: Management is rude and inattentive, they rushed me into joining the gym and barely answered my questions and I felt like they can get hostile at times.
Gym is a bit small, so it can get really crowded at peak times, so machines and free weights can get taken and used for many minutes, making you stay for a long time.
Although the people here are mostly alright. There are some meatheads and roid users here and there, and the way they can act can ruin your gym mood.
Overall: The gym was alright for what I was, a clean and quick place to go in and out to work out outside of peak hours, but the management and staff barely makes you feel welcome and overall I wouldn't sign up again. Im glad I got the monthly contract where you could cancel anytime. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this place in the first place, as Ive saw reviews in regards to cancelling in which it was a nightmare for some.

The cleaning staff and front desk people were very friendly but that's the extent of what's good there. I used a free trial that they offered and when it came time to speak with someone about membership this older man came out from his back office, was very rude. First thing he says to me is I hope you didn't just want to abuse our free trial and not sign up?
The whole time he's eating and talking with me and he has my license and paperwork and he drooled on my stuff and acted like it was funny. This guys whole approach like he's a tough guy needs to go. Instead of talking to me like a normal person he talks like he knows me and saying stuff like, so what's the deal you joining or what? Don't waste my time. Be a professional at work. I definitely would've signed up if not for my interaction with the person.

Imagine being told your month bill is $40 a month, and then when it comes time to pay your bill, they want to take out $75. Yeah Id be pretty upset too. This gym has somehow managed to never fail when it comes to disappointment. I always knew they were gonna try something slick and find a way to up charge their customers for "maintenance" ,"enhancement", "enrollment" or some other stupid fee, and then say, "all our members pay this" or "it was in your contract". But yet I can never recall being told any of this information, because if I was told this prior, I wouldnt have signed up in the first place. On top of that they were unwilling to negotiate or help me with my issue and just told me I had to pay. They tried to tell me my $40 membership was $50. I swear they make up numbers as they go along. So from here on forward, unless this gym decides to work / help their customers with their fitness journey instead of taking advantage, I'm not going back, I recommend you don't go either, and I'm not taking this review down. So do what you want this information.

Joined a few months back, perhaps even going on a year now. First of all I want to give kudos to the cleaning crew who keep the place spotless! Also all the young people who work there are super nice; however, this is the end of the good part!
There is an older guy there who supposedly is the Manager, who seems like he could care less when you tell him a piece of equipment has been broken for a while. He’s unfriendly and stands around chatting all day.
As for the equipment… there are pieces that have been broken since the day I joined such as the missing rubber grip on the chest press machine. More recently one of only two stationary bikes has been broken for quite some time!
I wish there were more choices in this neighborhood, since i live within walking distance. :(

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They charged me after the pandemic without authorization for my wife and my memberships. They did not want to talk to me over the phone and forced me to come in. When I came in they advised they will not be able to refund my account and I can use these 2 months as a credit when coming back to the gym. I never came back, my wife went to the manager to cancel the memberships and the bald manager gave her a crazy attitude and treated her like trash. I had 2 months of credit on the account, and they still charged an additional month when cancelling for no reason! This place is a class act. The price is great. Not too many wife beaters. Only a few JUICE HEADS.
The equipment is all very new and the staff is cool. They really made me feel welcome as if I were in my own home.
The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was I went to the gym for a donation for my ministry that provides clean water to people that don't have it, and they just flat out said no.
I only have to assume that the owner's kids have no problem finding clean water.

I had a great experience signing up and attending this gym . It is very clean , available machines always and the staff is amazing . I had the pleasure of being helped by Nikki Blankfeld and she was amazing . I received great customer service and I highly recommend to everyone

The gym need some upgrades of the machines specially the chest press machine handles the rubber is off so it is very un even.
Also the hip abduction machine.
They should get a rack where a RDL can be properly performed.
It is a gym for new comers who do not know how to do anything.
Do not recommend those who are looking for deadlift or rdl they have no wooden floor neither a proper rack To do those.

Been a member of many gyms. This is by far the best gym in Queens, in my opinion. The owner Tony is always so kind and he makes sure the gym is clean and organized. Blessed to have such a nice gym so close to me

I’ve been member in this location for 3 years. Jan is my personal trainer since last May, she’s awesome. She observes my capability and tailors workouts to meet my fitness goal. She always motivates me to challenge myself. With couple 30-minute session every week and I’m definitely feel stronger and more fit.
The gym is very clean, constantly seeing janitor cleaning equipments and everywhere. Safe gym to workout from. Great experience!

I've been a member for a few months now - the gym is clean and not overly crowded. I signed up for weekly personal training sessions with Jan and she's been amazing. I haven't exercised in a looong time and she definitely pushes me, but also understands and respects my limitations. She even texts me to check up on me after our sessions! The gym is nice, but I'd honestly be lost without Jan so she's the real reason I keep coming back!

If I could rate them a Zero I would. I have been going to this gym since they opened. I have repeatedly asked them to stop charging my account since July of 2021, we are now in December of 2021 and they are still charging me. I am NOT under contract with them however they refuse to stop billing my account. And everytime you call them no one can help me. Than one person told me that they can freeze my account but they wont refund me. They owe me money since July!!!!! And today they charged me again! I'm down with them. They can deal with the BBB and the attorney general. I tried to play nice but they obviously want this to escalate.

I usually dont like to put any one down however this is one exception.
I join this facility in 2017 I like the fact that is close to my house, over the years it been lots of changes in that gym and not in favor of there clients.
I work lots in cordio section. I was complaining about broken equipment to managers to workers and no one care, Yes I loved that home gym before because it was clean and before workers was more friendly, that was before (I guess because the owner was involved every day) I stop my membership because of rude attitude of there manager Marisol.
There is no trainer on Floor at all, only if you pay additional. I'm very sorry however this is not for me.
