Whether in a class of 2, 12, or 20, Rachel effortlessly responds directly to YOU. As soon as you start to internally question something – an incorrect position, a body limitation, or just plain, “Wtf is that?!?” – you can trust that Rachel is with you in that moment, feeling that struggle, but always carrying you through. If her classes weren’t so engaging, I’d be even more amazed.

Rachel's class is by far one of the best, most relaxing yoga classes I've been to in the Brooklyn area. She combines a great workout with spiritual guidance that helped me feel more centered and balanced. Her music choices are incredible. You have to go to this!!
