Radiate Yoga practice is a regular activity in my life. Ive been attending for over 10 years. The studio is beautiful and light filled with windows that overlook trees. I mostly attend the gentle and beginning classes as I prefer a gentle and therapeutic experience. The teachers are highly skilled and knowledgeable not only in yoga practice, but in ways to heal life’s aches and pains like a stiff neck, tight shoulders and lazy glutes. Virtual and in- person classes are excellent. Highly recommended!!

Lovely studio and class with Shannon. A little hard to find but thankfully someone who was standing outside of the church directed me. If you are standing in front of the church it is on the right side; it is a small studio located inside. Posting photos for reference. Will be back!

Really lovely space and practice. They also have a wonderful new student intro offer (3 classes for only $40!).
To find the studio, it is on the left hand side of the church, in the building next to it. It isn’t well marked but once inside, the space is very warm and welcoming. There are plenty of street parking options too.

I attempted to attend a class here but was unable to find the studio. I called the number on their website before class started and continued for about half hour and no one picked up. There is no sign indicating where the studio is and it is not listed on their website. I had to go to Yelp and read reviews. It was only then that someone said it was in the back of a church. I went around the church and could not get in. I’m very disappointed because I do not live in Pelham and drove all the way over here looking forward to my 1st class.

Amazing instructors in a beautiful space! This is a studio that welcomes all and meets each student where they are in their practice. If you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, I highly recommend Radiate Yoga...it has something for everyone!
