I've had a few different Personal Trainers over the years but Ray TInnery is hands down the best, by far.He's incredibly gifted at reading you and your body and pushing you past where you think you can go but not past where your body can go. Working with Ray over the past 7 years created an incredible shift in my level of energy!

Ray is great! I started working with him before my wedding. He got me into the routine and helped me trim down. Now I still go every week. And I always leave sore!

He does an intense session but it goes by quick. Each week there's a series of different weight exercises mixed in with intervals of cardio, which helps you to see your progress over time.

He'll give you nutritional input if you want it, and pay attention to what else you're doing workout-wise. He'll also text you a workout whenever you need one so you can do things on your own time, which means you could get a week of work outs from him if really wanted to!

He's very communicative, but not pushy, i.e. he's not an overly-intense trainer personality, but he definitely pushes you to work your hardest. I highly recommend!

I feel lucky to have found Ray and I think of him just as much as a friend as I do my trainer and coach. This is what I want to share about my experience:
1. Ray is super knowledgeable as he comes with years of experience, know how, and he lives it -- he lives fitness. What this means is he knows his stuff/science and that knowledge is up-to-date and cutting edge... I can say this with confidence because I am also a fitness professional myself.
2. His commitment to me -- my goals, fitness, health and safety -- is incredible.
3. His attitude is stellar and it's infectious...and not in a canned, annoying way. It makes me want to work the hardest I can. He's truly a pleasure to be around.
4. His programing is tailor made, is clear cut/makes sense, and is not boring or repetitive. He has created a dynamic program for me that takes into consideration my goals and my physiology.
All of this together equals results and no injuries.

At the time I met Ray, my overall physical and mental being was in decline. Unable to keep weight on, Ray not only changed my diet, but taught me proper nutrition. He empowered me with the tools needed to succeed. Ray tailors the diet and physical training to the individual, which was invaluable to me when I signed up. He takes training very seriously and expects the same of his clients. In less than 6 months under Ray’s meticulous diet and training regiment, the dramatic improvements to my cholesterol, iron count and blood pressure were worth every training session. In addition, my physical appearance improved dramatically. His workouts are challenging, but rewarding; his diet strict, but with results. As a trainer, he makes himself available to my schedule and monitors my progress daily. After a year of proper nutrition and physical training, I can honestly say, thanks to Ray, I am a better “total” person – mind, body and soul.

Ray is the best trainer I have ever had, he's the only one who was able to make me put the weight on. The diet regime, the workouts are killer, and not only that, he actually cares, follows through and even sends a xmas card every year.
