Great GYM, it has all the equipment that you need and even more. James was so helpful. Workouts are great and they take so much care on each client’s technique. It’s also great to go for a workout on your own and it’s ipen 24h. Really great place to train!!!

My trainer Uche is an exceptional trainer. We utilize a full training regimen. Uche works out with me and pays close attention to helping maintain proper form and he focuses on strengthening my weaker muscles, always with great variety. RB is a great place with great people, and Uche is a great guy, love it there.

What can I even say about Brittany. Physical fitness is a journey that comes with so much vulnerability. Brittany is the kind of person that makes you feel THE most comfortable pushing yourself to limits you didn't even know your body could reach. RB Fitness is a small, but adequate private gym that meets all of your fitness needs. It’s is a great facility to workout without the crowd and all staff are welcoming.
I have been training with Amy for about 4 months now and so can say it’s been an awesome experience so far! Amy has been a great support system in my fitness and nutritional journey. She motivates me to complete my workout no matter how hard it is, proving to myself that I CAN do it! After 3 months of consistently training with her, I have improved my strength and overall medical health dramatically. Amy is the real deal and I would recommend her to anyone!

10s across the board!! Small space but you’ll find all of the equipment you’ll need for most workouts, I imagine. The team is great and I got to shout out my trainer. I come out of every training with Brittany fighting for my life is a good way. Her instructions are clear, the workouts are varied, and overall she’s pretty neat! I go to the gym for casual workouts and I feel very comfortable. I’m challenged and I keep coming back for more.

In my search for a small gym post-pandemic, RB Fitness was recommended. I am happy that I chose to restart my fitness journey here. I was tired of the big overcrowded gyms. I came across RB Fitness last year and did a consultation and at the time wasn’t ready to start. I revisited the idea of doing personal training this year and glad I did. I’ve been training with James for about 2 months and he’s made the decision to start training worth it. He utilizes every minute of the session and has taught me workouts I would’ve never found out on my own. I’ve noticed changes in my body over the course of our sessions. RB Fitness is probably the best gym that I’ve ever been to. The staff and trainers have an amazing spirit and family like connection amongst each other which creates a beautiful and supportive environment to work out within. I personally train with James, who is an incredible and and highly motivational person. He always pushes me to hit my reps and sets even when I think I can’t do them, and is always ready with his 100%. He is also very responsive and knowledgeable, and very communicative when planning sessions and adjusting schedules. I am so glad I found RB Fitness! I have been working with my trainer Herick for about 2-3 months for 2x a week and it's my favorite part of the week - I always look forward to going! After COVID I started working solely from home and definitely gained some quarantine weight! Trust. That's the # 1 factor for me when working with a trainer. I sometimes lose my balance or fear builds up when trying to work on my balance. The trick is I have to work on it to get better at it and who was there to help me? Brittany. With multiple sclerosis I have good days and super challenging days and that's when I need help the most. I honestly don't worry when I am with Brittany because she is thinking 10 steps ahead and is there to help without me realizing she is in position for that just in case. Thanks for getting me mind and body strong to deal with MS and to overall deal with life!

ROB is STILL the BEST trainer ever. I maintained my workouts during COVID because Rob remained so committed to his clients. I have worked with one of the trainers, Marlane on and off over the last few years and her knowledge has always astounded me and helped me through my own fitness/health hurdles. What can I say that would possibly cover how awesome RB Fitness is?!! I low-key stalked them on IG for almost a year before I decided to hop off the commercial gym train and see what RB was really about. Marlane was amazing from the first communication! She took the time to assess what was going on with me and programmed my sessions to not only repair the damage that had been done but progressed me to levels I had never achieved at other gyms with other trainers. Marlane didn't just slide me some bodybuilding.com workout and say, here do this! (Yes, someone actually did this to me, hence why Marlane had to "fix" me, lol)
She customizes everything to your needs and goals. Don't be fooled by her cute face and sweet voice, SHE WILL WORK YOU! (The Tire 😤)
And even if you fall off the workout wagon, Marlane continues to check in on your general well being...
She is the blueprint!
If you want that gym that syphons the money from your bank account every month then go up the block to....nevermind, lol. But if you want a REAL gym with REAL trainers that actually care about their clients and wants to see them level up, then go to RB Fitness! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
