Beautiful studio. Teachers are compassionate and kind. Room is quite warm but there is a water station at back. Cute clothes in boutique. Prices are reasonable. This is, as the name states, Power Yoga and classes are rigorous but modifications and props are available.

Maureen and her crew of teachers have their own unique gifts and are in their own dedicated journey of daily practice. Their hearts are pure and the authentic way they bring themselves to this space makes me feel like I have come home, each and every time. RedTail Power Yoga just celebrated it's fourth birthday. We have a welcoming and dedicated group of practitioners led by a wonderful team, all of whom were trained by RedTail's founder, Maureen. All classes are available both in person and interactive virtual. There are classes seven days a week (the studio doors are open around ten minutes before teach class), all in the Baptiste Power Yoga tradition, with some variations between power flow, power ease, and slow burn. RedTail is committed to accessibility for all levels of practitioners and being firmly rooted in the eight limbs of yoga while guiding empowering asana classes.

I started with absolute zero yoga skills and hesitations upon entering. But I can say with confidence that this studio has (quite literally) warmed me up.
