Kickboxing has been a game-changer for me — physically and mentally! 💪🧠 I’m not usually a “gym person,” but I genuinely look forward to these classes every week. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I leave every class feeling stronger, energized, and more focused. Bre and Ena are incredible instructors — supportive, encouraging, and always making sure everyone feels comfortable.
After just 3 months of classes, I’ve noticed such a difference in my energy and confidence — can’t recommend these classes enough!

I’ve been doing personal training at Renegade Kickboxing for a year now, and Bre is hands down the best coach ever! She’s incredibly accommodating, always adjusting moves to work around my chronic pain while still pushing me to improve. In just a year, I’ve seen huge progress in my strength, technique, and confidence—my kicks and punches are sharper than ever. Kickboxing has not only helped me grow as a fighter, but it’s also been a game-changer for managing my stress and boosting my mood. I couldn’t recommend Bre and Renegade Kickboxing enough!

I have been going to Renegade for a couple months now after having never attended a kickboxing class in my life. It is a welcoming environment to go get a great workout in! Bre is super helpful with ensuring you have proper form and understand the combos each round. It’s also a nice added bonus that there is time before and after the workout itself for some introspection, mindfulness & breath work; provoked through a different topic each day lead by Bre. I look forward to attending each week & highly recommend checking it out!

I had zero kickboxing experience when I walked into Renegade 5 months ago. I was a mom, 6 months PP with my second baby looking for a workout that I didn’t have to plan myself. Little did I know I would find so much more. The classes are fun and have helped me both physically AND mentally. Kickboxing with Bre has given me a healthy way to ease the mental load of being a working mom in ways I didn’t even realize I needed, with the added bonus of getting more physically fit. I look forward to every class! Can’t say enough how thankful I am for the Renegade Army!!

Breanne is such an amazing woman and instructor and her class is more than just kickboxing. She adds a spiritual and self care element to her training that really puts her gym above of the rest. Great for beginners and experienced kickboxers because she tailors her training to the individual and really works with your ability level. Shes a positive motivator and pushes you hard but never past what she knows you can do. 10/10 would and have recommended to friends 🩷

What a gem in Downtown Utica!! I recently discovered Renegade Kickboxing and I can’t stop talking about it! The space is beautiful and Bre is so welcoming. “Gym” culture can be intimidating, but you won’t feel that here! Regardless of your fitness level, Bre will guide you.

I cannot praise this place enough! I've been taking classes at Renegade Kickboxing for about a month now and have never felt stronger both mentally and physically. The workouts are challenging and exhilarating in the best possible way. Bre is an amazing instructor and business owner. She is super attentive, if you need extra guidance or help with form she's always eager to make you your best. She also offers additional classes aside from kickboxing at the studio which is a great/fun option. The environment/people at Renegade are so welcoming. We motivate each other at class and through the app. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I recently attended Bre's kickboxing class and it was fantastic! Bre's enthusiasm and expertise really shone through as she guided us through the workout. Bre is a phenomenal coach/instructor. I’m so glad I got out of my comfort zone and joined Renegade. Bre has created an environment that fosters motivation, vulnerability & healing. 11/10 recommend. My daughter is so proud of me after one day and that alone is worth the very little money I spent to join this program. GET OUTTA YOUR OWN WAY AND JOIN THIS CLASS!! I've been making excuses for too long not to take care of myself and bre without any judgement welcomes you with open arms and pushes you to get where you wanna be.
Her set up and scheduling is easy and flexible and tailors to YOU.
Got an injury? No problem. She can work around it.
You broke? No problem cause same and she's affordable. Almost 5 bucks a class. And same day results!? YOU WONT FIND THIS ANYWHERE ELSE.
You angry/misunderstood or just sad? No problem. She can help you channel it into a workout that works for YOU from the inside out.
Just wanna get some frustration out n be left alone? No problem. She has a workout for that.
You don't wanna wait for results? No problem. SAME DAY RESULTS. Mentally and physically you will get results the same day. PROMISE.

We're all out here surviving, she shows you how to with your head held high and how to defend yourself mentally and physically. I'm so proud of myself for signing up and I'm so glad I never made it to the gym cause this is where I'm supposed to be.

bre at renegade is amazing. she is very motivational, and shows you step by step how to execute the combinations. bre brings a very uplifting and moving mentality to kickboxing, making sure that everyone pushes their hardest and helps them leave their problems on the mat. i heavily recommend to anyone that wants to start exercising more and needs an outlet for frustrations.
