Jon is like a gentle giant. His workouts are amazing, he is very patient and knowledgeable regarding weight training. I am pretty, broke down smoke down due to various body injuries, back-knee-shoulder etc. I was on my way to getting very strong and covid19 has messed that up big time. He set me up with great multi body part routines and it made me actually enjoy going into the weight room. You are the best, can’t wait to get back to the gym!!

John is the trainer everyone needs! He is optimistic, has great energy and will always make sure to keep you accountable so you can reach your fitness goals. I saw great results when I trained with John for about 5 months! He does a combination of both strength training and cardio, which are a killer, but will get you into shape in no time. He's also super flexible with training hours, which was convenient for me, given that my schedule is constantly changing between days and nights. I would recommend John to any of my friends and family!

One of the best personal training I had the privilege to learn from. He kept me on my toes with some very different and amazing strength training Exercises That were fun and at the same time extremely challenging. Would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape while having fun at the same time. Went to Synergy 4-5 times/week and had a great experience. I played collegiate sports throughout school and mostly lifted alone while there. I had a free session with Jon Andrews and was happily surprised (never had trainer experience before). We walked through some great lifts I hadn’t done before and Jon did a great job keeping the mood light and motivated me throughout. I highly recommend the place and Jon in particular.

Worth every penny. I had the opportunity to train with Jon for several months and let me tell you, he will push you beyond your limit. Just when you think, ok that’s all I got, wrong cause here comes Jon and he will definitely make you work. Stick to what he teaches you and you’ll see results. He is amazing. I enjoyed every minute working out with him. He is super friendly and has an amazing energy. His workouts are insane...I love them lol. Unfortunately I couldn’t continue my training with him due to personal reasons, but I definitely recommend him. You want change, than what are you waiting for?

I’ve worked with a few personal trainers in my life and Jon Andrews is by far my favorite for both his skill and his personality. We were introduced after I had taken a long hiatus from the gym and needed help transitioning back and regaining my strength.. After an extensive assessment, Jon created a challenging program that was within my ability level. I was completely out of shape and have heart palpitations which he kept in mind and monitored while he trained me. He is both patient and motivating! I’d be remiss if I didn’t say how truly awesome a person he is!! He not only helped me get stronger but is an excellent listener, and gives both great nutritional AND life advice.
