Gym is permanently shut down. Nobody answers. Received the run around from corporate and the financial company before getting a straight answer.
Never informed that my membership was cancelled, paid the annual fee for ~3 months of use and not even offered transfer credit for another location. Not the way you handle business.

Islandia location is the best Retro gym I've been too. Cleaner and better ran compare to other locations. Even when the gym is packed its manageable. Staff are friendly.

Great gym! I lost my card and I had forgotten to update at the gym they texted me the first time it didnt go through and waived the late fee. Other gyms wait till it adds up to hundreds of dollars before they say anything.

This is my home gym because I am able to use the machines I need without waiting. It's the perfect sized gym with the machines kept in great shape. Makes working out fast and easy, without having to stand around or look for alternative machines.

Great gym, friendly staff, and clean. I really enjoy the cardio theater and they have all the equipment you need for a good work out. Only thing I wish is there was accurate nutrition values for the protein shakes, if you accurately track your diet you can’t really risk drinking them.

Not my home gym but every time I'm out near Islandia I use it. So far it's been always fairly empty although I've been there at different times. Nice new equipment, well organized and everything looks nice and clean. Definitely one of my favorite gyms.

I love coming here because not only is the equipment clean but they are all the newest machines and technologies. The favorite part of my visit besides my workouts is Alexa at the front desk, she greets with a smile and makes awesome conversation. Even when I don't feel like working out I make sure to head on over to Retro of Islandia because I know that my day will be brighter because of Alexa.
