I’ve been working with Julio for over three years, and he’s exceptional. He’s dedicated, knowledgeable, and disciplined, with a truly holistic approach that covers training, nutrition, and overall well-being.
The gym has everything you need for a full-body workout, whether you’re focused on functional training or bodybuilding. Sessions are dynamic, we track progress consistently, and they’re both motivating and challenging, all while Julio persistently ensures proper form.
Since training with him, I’m unquestionably more flexible, stronger, and healthier. He keeps workouts fresh, adapts to my goals and schedule, and pushes me to be my best. Couldn’t recommend Julio more highly.

This place is a little gem! Brand new facility and equipment and Yeufre my trainer is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and most important, adaptable to your specific needs. He really cares about your progress and will send you workouts to do on off days. He is highly professional with an excellent background and a good sense of humor. I always look forward to my sessions. And, the price is reasonable for the UES.

I am a busy middle-aged professional and I hate athletic stuff. Always have. A back injury gave me a reality check that I don’t want to be immobile when I’m older, so here I am. Yeufre is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and his workouts strike a balance between challenging me, but not leaving me in agony two days later. I definitely feel muscles I didn’t know I had, and I’m getting stronger and more flexible. I haven’t had any repeat back pain, and I’m learning about how muscles work together.
Yeufre is not judgmental, either, even though I’m not the most diligent client. He’s by far the best trainer I’ve ever had, and I keep consistently going back, so that’s a testament to his how comfortable I feel. He gives me reasonable homework assignments through an app. Yeufre is very organized and meticulous in his work.
The gym is modern, well-equipped, and immaculate. I highly recommend Revival Fitness.

I've been training with Yeufre at RevivalFitness for over four years since 2021, during the odd thralls of the pandemic. I'm in my early 40s and consider myself fairly fit, just trying to optimize my running and physique, but soon, my priorities shifted to not being in pain all the time.
Yeufre brings a ton of varied, well-researched expertise with a constant sense of curiosity and learning from others that has benefited me in several ways. He's the master at "The Easy Hard Stuff," which is basically a lightweight, very controlled, seemingly easy exercise that forces you to use muscles you didn't know existed, and trading the stuff for an explication.
He's very patient, understanding, not the type to yell and push or make you feel bad, but encourages you along every step of your journey, knowing that each person has their own needs, motivation, abilities, and extenuating circumstances.
I love the model of training on the weekends for accountability and the hard stuff (let's face it, legs and HIIT) while programming the daily exercises to continue making progress. He's hammered the basics, consistency, and helped me shed the all-or-nothing NYC attitude to find balance, strength, and pain-free living.
I couldn't recommend him more to anyone, just don't steal my time slot. ;)

This man motivated me to changes my bad habits into good ones and made me realize I was better than what I thought of myself, he took me in with open arms and always made time for me, pushing me hard for the results I needed in my life. I was Prediabetic before meeting him, and I went out to meet him and see what he was about, but not only was a he a great guy, but also caring and funny and knows alot about everything u can think off. You could spend a whole day talking with him and still not be done talking. Julio helped me lose 43 pounds, and all thanks to him I feel and look better than ever. I am finally able to play any sports, run, weight lifting, more jacked, and have more endurance ALL THANKS TO HIM. I couldn't imagen finding a better person to help you out and be your personal trainer. He's been in the game for a long time now and he knows everything there is to know and has shown a lot of dedication in his work, always giving 100% in everything he does, best trainer in NY.

Julio at Revival Fitness has supported by fitness journey through two major phases over the years and I truly can’t recommend him enough.
We worked together during my postpartum recovery. At the time, my main goal was to safely rebuild strength—especially in my core and legs—after giving birth. Julio was able to create program that helped me regain strength and improve stability, by focusing on proper form, mobility, and balance.
Three years later, Julio also helped me to train for my first half marathon. Once again, he delivered a personalized, thoughtful training plan that met me where I was and steadily built me up to race day. He incorporated strength training, recovery, and nutrition guidance to keep me strong, injury-free, and motivated throughout the process. I completed the Brooklyn Half in under 2:30 hrs and injury-free!
