I can’t recommend this studio enough! I’ve been a client for a few months, and I was impressed from my very first session. The space is stunning—bright, open, and beautifully designed. The instructors are exceptional—highly knowledgeable, well-trained, and passionate about classical Pilates. They use specialized equipment you won’t find anywhere else in the area, making every workout both unique and effective. The instructors provide personalized corrections and helpful cues throughout class, which have already made a noticeable difference in my Pilates practice.

I highly recommend studying Authentic Pilates with Elaine Ewing, owner of Rhinebeck Pilates. Her cueing is excellent, clear and concise, allowing each students to progress within the method. She is extremely dedicated and detail oriented. Aside from being a great teacher, she's also a Pilates historian and maintains a very impressive self practice. Physical and mental conditioning at its best!

This is by far the best Pilates studio in the area. Elaine and her wonderful group of teachers are there to give every student the best authentic experience possible during their Pilates lesson. The studio is beautifully arranged with photos that honor the original work of Joe Pilates. The equipment is well maintained and of the best available (Gratz) in the industry.

I love pilates and I love Rhinebeck Pilates Studio. I work at a desk too much, have lower back problems, plantar fasciitis and overall not the best of shape. I use to do pilates over 5+ years ago and have recently come back to it. I always feel better and stronger after my sessions, I stand taller (and I'm already 6ft tall!) and feel more comfortable at my desk. I tried other studios but I find the instructors here more attentive to my shortcomings while being kind and patient with me. I prefer the Gratz equipment here at Rhinebeck as well. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

This is by far my favorite Pilates Studio!! I have been taking classes here for the past 6 years and will continue for many years to come. The teachers are very knowledgeable, accommodating and are simply great women. Located in the heart of Historic Rhinebeck, this is a beautiful studio!!
