Rhinebeck Yoga Center is a friendly place to practice yoga. We offer in-studio classes seven days a week. We also offer 200 and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training programs both live and virtually. Join us for one of our retreats offered in various locations including the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck NY

Wonderful practice in a beautiful studio right in the middle of Rhinebeck. I learned yoga at Jivamukti in Union Square NYC, and was so excited to find a Jivamukti inspired practice. Will absolutely be back when I’m in the area.
