I called Frank as an experienced long distance runner looking to build muscle and power. Frank took the time to listen to my goals and built a program specifically for me. Each week I saw improvement in the amount of weight I could handle and how well I recovered. Frank is really knowledgeable and experienced in the gym. Plus he is a good guy and is supportive rather than aggressive in his approach. After a few months of work, my half marathon PR time improved by 5 minutes (which is huge). I also built muscle mass and overall feel stronger! I highly recommend Frank to guide you with any of your athletic goals.
