I joined this gym because I wanted something affordable that wasnβt the blink at myrtle Wyckoff. I mostly use free weights and barbells so I was seeking a place that wasnβt geared toward treadmills.
Location: this gym is right off the L train in a nondescript building above a Latin bar and Duane read. Itβs a bit hard to find but itβs up 3 flights of stairs on the top floor.
Facility: this is by no means a nice gym. There are no amenities and it doesnβt really feel clean at all, but If you are coming to work this will be no problem. There are about 3 squat racks which is perfect. I never really had to weight for barbell work. They sell pre workout and protein at the front for a cheap price. The bathrooms are gross, i wouldnβt shower there. There are quite a few weight machines as well as cardio equipment.
Price: the price is what makes this place great. I paid in cash, no contract, 35 for 2 months.
I did not keep my membership here, but if you want a no frills place to workout and donβt mind the dirt, this is your spot.

Since I moved to ridgewood I said I needed to work out bc I felt skinny. I stumbled across this gym from looking online and it was close. The prices are GREAT! Best prices, Excellent staff that's always friendly and you can easily meet new people and work out. No one gets in your way and everyone mind their own business. Music is a plus 2. I'm actually here right now lol.

I love the gym, it's very cheap no contract or anything the music is always good. The people who work their are nice and professional but one thing is that the girls bathroom isn't so clean and up to date. Also this gym is more manly and more guys go there but other than that love it β€οΈ

I really did like this gym ... when I first got there I was super nervous about touching the equipment because I was new & didn't wanna look stupid ... over time I got comfortable. One thing I really like is the music be on point and the prices are cheap! The only thing I didn't like was some guys acting like they never seen a woman before... just staring and moving closer to me...very creepy!

My all time favorite gym. This is not a boutique fitness spa. It's a straight up raw gym with plenty of benches. If you want to lift free weights for cheap and you don't need anything fancy, this is the place. Love it!
