If you are looking for a personal trainer, group classes, nutrition coaching, indoor batting cages, or softball lessons…Renee is your girl.
Renee is an amazing coach. She helped me achieve the goals I had and exceed them. She is fun and extremely personable, she makes working out a little more enjoyable.
Not only did she set me up with a successful workout routine for the rest of my life, but she helped me understand protein intake and nutrition.
If you are trying to reach a goal and want someone to help motivate you to get there, Renee is your girl.

I've been going to R & G for 3 months now. It took me some time to get used to the exercises but Liz and Rene were very patient and helpful in reminding me when I asked. I never felt lost with their help. We work out hard and I feel wiped out and good after each workout. My husband is now attending with me and he likes it as well. In fact, we just talked about the fact we really feel like we worked out when we are done, verses going to a gym on our own and and not feeling like we got as good of a workout.

I would highly recommend Rise and Grind to anyone! I started my fitness journey 6 months ago. After my first small group fitness class with Renee, I was hooked! Was staying in Lakeville for a month and am so grateful I found this gym. Renee is such an amazing coach: fun, motivating and kind. The other gym members were so welcoming and friendly. I was sad to leave at the end of our vacation, but I am looking forward to coming back next summer.

Group training at it's best! Renee is experienced, attentive, fun, watchful and instructive. Workouts never get boring! Every day is different and workouts change every (3) weeks. Relaxed atmosphere and modifications always offered. Great workout for beginners and experienced gym goers.

After 2 years of Renee’s guidance and her (killer) workouts, I’m in the best shape of my life! Mentally and physically!! I highly recommend Rise and Grind fitness to anyone, regardless of their fitness level. Every class has people at all levels working towards getting stronger. Every class is fun and challenging! The only downside is your friends and family may get tired of you flexing your killer muscles to them on a daily basis. But they’ll get used to it. ;)

I absolutely love the group classes at Rise and Grind. Similar to a Burn Bootcamp type workout out in the Livingston county area. They are constantly switching up the workouts and challenging you, but at the same time it caters to all ability levels.

I have never gotten up at 5am by choice in my entire life….until I decided to try out a class at Rise and Grind Fitness. I have now been getting up at 5am to workout 3 times a week for a year and a half! I love the variety of workouts and the friendly/fun environment . Renee is amazing, she truly makes coming to the gym fun while also pushing you. I highly recommend trying out a class!

I met Renee before she had Rise and Grind at that time she was a trainer for another company. Honestly, it was her drive and presence that kept
me coming back everyday. She pushes you and motives you to give it your all everyday. Rise and Grind and her ability to STILL motivate me, bring to the workout each morning, give it my all, then reflect on how I did- is more than you can ask for from a coach- that is virtual!
