At Riverdale Pilates, we believe that Pilates is for every type of body.
We uphold Joseph Pilates’ original vision: our passion is to help people feel great. We combine
principles of both classical and contemporary Pilates to address clients of all needs.
The Riverdale Pilates philosophy is client-centered, with an emphasis on private & semi-privateinstruction.
We believe that this is the perfect way to experience Pilates and our studio. Our talented instructors are expertly curated – each of whom have completed over 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training.
Each instructor creates and teaches goal based programs that give you the workout you need, to get the results you want, doing exercises you’ll love.

Riverdale Pilates was a hidden gem for me and I am hooked!
I have been taking private Pilates sessions with Kayty T. for almost 1 year and it is now an essential part of my weekly routine. I amazed at how much strength I’ve gained and that I’m able to do various exercises I originally struggled with. I always walk out feeling accomplished and love how my body feels.
Kayty is such a knowledgeable, patient and pleasant instructor - I enjoy how she structures each session to be challenging and effective for consistent growth. The studio has all the equipment you could dream of, keeping training exciting and versatile.
The location so convenient for anyone local to the area but also has plenty of parking and nearby stops within 1 block.

I am so happy with this studio that I purchased more lessons after finishing my 3rd from the introductory package. My instructor is Morgan Bryant and I cannot recommend her enough. Morgan knows when to push and when I am at my limit for the session and I have been making great progress with her. The location is clean and private. I feel more like I am exercising in a room in my home. I highly recommend Riverdale Pilates.

I loved my private pilates session with Morgan!
Scheduling the session was easy due to her flexibility and understanding.
She created a warm, welcoming environment that made it easy for me to really push myself with resistance. She's very enthusiastic about her students and has a lot of passion for her work. She taught me more about the history of the practice and helped me correct my posture as well as target areas (shoulders).
10/10 recommend, well worth the commute. :)

After doing physical therapy for my back for more than a year I was advised by my therapist to try to do some Pilates classes.
Riverdale Pilates has transformed my life, helping me overcome years of debilitating back pain. Before my first lesson Morgan my Pilates instructor connected with my physical therapist to better understand my back problem, and tailored a workouts to my needs so I can straighten my core. Within several months I've regained the core strength I needed so I won’t pulled my back on a regular basis.
The 1-1 classes are great and after each class I feel stronger and more flexible.
I’m forever grateful for being introduced to Pilates and even more grateful for the amazing care and awesome workouts I get from Riverdale Pilates.

I’ve been working with Kayty for almost a year now and I’m hooked! I’ve been a weight-lifter for most of my fitness life, which started to get rough on my joints and back as I’ve gotten older. Under Kayty’s detail-oriented instruction, Pilates has made my body feel so much better! Less pain, more balance, more flexibility, more mobility, and more core strength. Kayty is professional, knowledgeable and supportive. The studio is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I cannot recommend this studio and Kayty enough. If you care about your health, do it!

This is a fantastic place and Ethan is the best instructor! And I tried several different pilates studios ... After a few months I already see positive changes to my strength and flexibility. My husband and I also go together - great workout for both of us. Ethan became a friend of ours - he is so kind and understanding and knows how to get the best out of each of us!

Riverdale pilates is a great place. The best total body workout! Jen is a great instructor and very knowledgeable. She challenges you, helps you and makes the time fly. After workout I feel so fresh. Love the place. Highly recommend!

The minute you walk in the decor at Riverdale Pilates makes you feel at ease. Then you begin your Pilates instruction with Jen. She is warm, positive and so knowledgeable about her practice.
Jen gently leads you to places where you didn’t think you could go and makes you feel confident to keep going. She patiently makes you aware of moving your body properly and gives you examples to help you strive during the workout.
Give Riverdale Pilates a try and ask for Jen!
