I've been training at Roc Strong Club with Mike since June of 2024. It has been a transformative experience. My fitness level, strength and confidence have greatly improved. Mike is a master at making technique corrections and adjustments. He is always challenging me with more reps and or more weight. Mike does a amazing job of working around my shoulder limitations and or other joint issues I have. The atmosphere in his gym is relaxed but energy driven. For me it's been the perfect way to get back to being fit. I enjoy the workouts and see the results of my training with Mike. Mike truly cares about each client he works with and strives to help them be more fit, challenges them physically and makes it fun to workout.

Mike has been an incredible trainer! He tailors my workouts to fit me and my goals effortlessly. He is always challenging and pushing me and I cannot believe some of the things I have accomplished and how strong he has shown be I can be! Best thing I have ever done for myself!

I've been visiting Roc Strong Club a few weeks now for personal training appointments with the owner. Mike is great at tailoring workouts to your goals and needs. He works around any physical limitations I may have while helping me get stronger and more fit. On top of that, he likes the Buffalo Bills and pizza - ya can't get better than that. 👍🏻
Nov '22 Update: It's been over 13 months since working with Coach Mike at ROC Strong Club and still going strong. He devises a myriad of exercises in that head of his, keeping the workouts fresh and interesting; and moving me forward toward a better, more fit self. Thanks, Coach. 👍🏻
Jan 23: This month marks 3 years since meeting Mike and working out with him. Today, we just completed the first ever Roc Strong Club Winter Games!!! No, we didn’t run around outside or have to do snow angels. We DID, however, do multiple rounds of exercises that pushed our abilities and worked just about every muscle in our bodies. I'm pooped... but definitely ready to face the weekend ahead. Thanks, Coach.
Jan '24: Twenty-eight (28) months at ROC Strong Club and 4 years training with Coach Mike, and the growth continues. I'm bigger, fitter, and more knowledgeable about my body and health. Currently, Coach Mike is running the "12 Strong Challenge," which is over and above my twice weekly personal training sessions. Who knew there were so many ways to work your muscles 💪 Can't wait for the start of golf season... Bring It!

Roc Strong Club is an absolute hidden gem! Mike has built something special - a gym which has great equipment, a welcoming feel, and caters to the 30+ crowd. He gets to know everyone in his small classes on a personal level - ensuring that your personal objectives are being met. Mike’s coaching encourages personal growth without ever being overbearing. Regardless if you’re a life long gym rat or someone (like me) who’d never been to a gym before, I couldn’t recommend Roc Strong Club more enthusiastically.

I cannot say enough good things about Roc Strong Club. Coach Mike does everything in his power to be warm, welcoming, supportive and encouraging from the moment you walk in the door until you leave and beyond. Coach Mike creates workouts that are mixed with challenge and play. I can honestly say this is the most fun I have ever had at any gym. Roc Strong Club has become more of a family and the members are all welcoming and supportive. If you are looking for a fun and welcoming gym, you won't regret giving Roc Strong Club a try!

Joined the gym 6 months ago and Coach Mike stayed true to what he said at our first meeting! He makes it the funnest gym ever and makes it a hard workout for all of us even though we’re all at different levels. Tried many different gyms around town but none compare to Coach Mikes gym or the tight knit group you get to be part of. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I had Mike train me for the first time several years ago and instantly couldn’t get enough of what he had in store for me. He not only has transformed my entire outlook on fitness, but he’s helped me progress in ways I never thought I could. His workouts are fun, unique, and challenging. He’s always willing to make your workout plan based on your interests and goals. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer.

Legit, the world's most fun gym! Mike creates an environment that is uniqely mixed with challenge and play. He sets a realistic tone for quality fitness without fad restrictions. He keeps things fresh and utilizes a variety of equipment. The gym is super clean and well organized. The members of ROC Strong Club share in the fun energy and motivation. A 5:30am class with Mike at ROC Strong Club is something you will WANT to get up for.

I joined the ROC Strong Club in Summer 2023 and I have loved every minute of being a member of this gym. The environment is fun, motivating, inclusive, etc. The gym is clean, well organized, with tons of equipment to support your goals. Everyone I have met is awesome. Super friendly, encouraging, and motivating people.
Coach Mike is awesome. He’s knowledgeable and helps you towards your goals. He challenges you to be better and to improve upon previous successes. I am enrolled in the semi-private personal training program. Coach Mike creates detailed plans for me based on my fitness goals and keeps me accountable toward achieving those goals. There is flexible scheduling (which is helpful for me as a retail manager). I’ve noticed significant positive changes in my body, the way my clothes fit, and my mindset since joining ROC Strong Club. I never thought I’d love lifting weight and strength training, but here we are.
I highly recommend ROC Strong Club and Coach Mike if you’re looking for a fresh start that is fun and motivating all at once!

Mike is the real deal, when you want to succeed, it can't be forced. You gotta want to do it. LETS GO!!! Coach Mike is #1! He recognizes when I can lift heavier and encourages me to push myself.
The facility is awesome, too. All of the equipment I need is there, and it is always clean, organized, and easy to find. (Mike is also an expert at showing me how to use new things and different movements to get the most out of the equipment!) I LIVE for the infrared sauna after my workouts.
If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!

Mike is a coach like no other. He progessively plans workouts for his clients to build on the strength they gain at each class. He's very creative with exercises so you're never bored. I know I'll be challenged when I go to his class, but I also know I'm in good hands. He's exceptional and I trust him completely.
