I have been training 1 on 1 with Nicole for 4 years now. My initial goal was to shed a few pounds before my wedding. I never expected to have such a life changing experience, not only physically, but mentally as well. In the past, I always struggled to go to the gym consistently. I felt anxious stepping into a busy gym full of people who may be judging me. There has not been a single moment in the last 4 years where I have felt any judgement or negativity from Nicole. Her positivity and encouragement seems to be contagious, as not only the other trainers, but all of the other clients follow her lead. I have had the pleasure of joining her small group training many times. It is always an uplifting atmosphere full of people encouraging each other and having a great time. I am so grateful to have found such a safe space and look forward to many more years of my health and fitness journey here.

Best decision I have ever made! Learning to make healthier lifestyle changes versus fad diets that tell you what to eat without understanding the why. I’ve been doing small group training classes at Rockey Fit for six months now, and I honestly have to say I really look forward to my early morning group workouts.
Classes are a lot of fun with a great community of men and women all working towards the same goal.
Both Nicole and Martha are great coaches, always there to help and encourage you to do more than what you ever thought you could do. I definitely can see a difference. I’m stronger and feeling fit.

I have been training with Nicole since 2021. I cannot speak highly enough of her & her training abilities, I recommend her to literally everyone. She has worked with me through MANY health struggles. In the past if I was in pain or not feeling well I would probably discontinue my health journey until I felt well enough to pick it back up. Nicole and her positive loving attitude kept me in the gym and pushed me to keep myself as healthy as I could even when my body was fighting against me in every possible way. For the first time in my life I can openly say that a movement is causing me pain and she instantly changes the work out to something that works for me and my body. With Nicole you get a trainer, friend & therapist all in one. I cannot speak highly enough of her, her gym, the other trainers that work there as well as the other clientele who train here, I have never felt more comfortable! I started working out with Nicole January 2019. What started as a short term plan to learn a few things I could do on my own turned into year 7 of twice weekly workouts with no end in sight! Nicole is not just a trainer, she is a tool in my toolbox of life. On countless occasions she has been the calm voice of reason, my cheerleader, my sounding board, and above all else that push to try harder and find my best. Some days I don’t feel like working out but I show up, partly because I don’t want to disappoint her, but also because she reminds all her clients daily how important it is to make our health a priority. I learned from her that functional strength is so important and it guides every thing we do. I’m the strongest I have ever been and I’m proud of the gains Nicole has helped me make. If you’re unsure about taking this step with her, trust me when I say it’s worth it!

When I started working with Nicole I came with limitations from recent medical issues. During small group training sessions, she always has a plan for me to accommodate my needs. She is spot on and I always get the best workout despite my limitations. My workouts are challenging and are just right for what I need. It has been amazing for me to be able to get myself back into working out even though I have some limitations. I can’t say nearly enough wonderful things about Nicole. I started training with her in Sept of 2021. Since then, she’s been a part of many of my life changes: toning up for my wedding, helping preparing my body for the delivery of my baby and currently rebuilding strength during my postpartum era. Nicole is very attentive to the needs of her clients and always willing to work with them to achieve any specific goals they want to work towards. I’ve worked with personal trainers before, but I can proudly say that Nicole is by far the best. I’ve been training with her for 3 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. One of the things I love most about Nicole is that she practices what she preaches. She puts in the work to achieve her own fitness goals and complete challenges like completing her first triathlon. Nicole makes you feel welcome the first second you walk in the door to sign up. I have loved every minute of each work out. She curtails the plans of the day to fit each ability. Wonderful facility. It’s clean and fresh and welcoming of every body.
Update: I have been with RockeyFit for a little over a year now. I have never felt better in my life. Trust me when I say this is not just a great facility to get stronger and healthier physically, but it is also a place to feel stronger mentally. Nicole is always educating herself and educating us along the way. There are two other fantastic trainers as well. Rockey Fit Elite Training is the best training experience I have ever had, and I have tried several! The small group training is excellent for the fact that you still get individual attention in a small group setting for less cost and a fun atmosphere. Nicole plans the classes to encourage strength and growth. She keeps an eye on you to ensure your safety and is very motivating! I am beyond lucky my paths crossed with Nicole years ago. She not only is an amazing trainer and mentor but a beautiful soul!!! She has helped me figure out what kind of training works best for me, detailed food plans, and at home workouts. Going to her weekly not only holds me accountable but helps me out mentally so much. No matter what my body is going through, she listens and makes the changes that are needed. The amount of times I've gone in feeling not the best- and come out with energy and a smile on my face. Nicole is great!! I’ve been training with Nicole for about 4 years now, my weight has been a constant struggle for as long as i can remember and still is, but her confidence in me to push myself and really stick to the game plan is huge! My weight for other reasons is still a work in progress but I am getting so much stronger, my cardio and cardio endurance have improved so much! And looking back to where I started I’ve come so far because of her! The gym is a very positive and comfortable environment. 12/10 would recommend!

I have been with Nicole for a little over 2 years now. She has worked with me at my strongest and the last year she has worked with me at my weakest. Nicole has been so amazing with training and accommodating me through covid, injuries, cancer, illnesses, uncertainty and practically anything else that could go wrong within a couple of years. I've been going to Nicole for about a year now and I've made so much progress on my fitness and health. I’ve been training with Nicole for almost a year and I have loved every session. I can only make it in once a week so she has written me personalized workouts I can do at my own gym on my own time. She also makes sure I know how to do every lift correctly so that I do not injure myself. She is big on form which I love!
She is really amazing at meeting you where you are. When I started my upper body strength was basically non existent. I now can do push-ups and lift more than I ever could before. She is really supportive in that it’s not just about losing weight but feeling strong and healthy.

My cousin Nicole has recently started her personal training business and it has already skyrocketed for many reasons. I started training with Nicole right after graduating college in May. Nicole has not only made me improve physically but has helped me transformed into a new healthy life-style.
I have been with trainers before Nicole and they would just follow an algorithm and give everyone the same program.
