I too paid for a 1 year membership in full February for myself and girlfriend, they closed a month later due to COVID only to never RE open keeping my money.

Took my $$$ for year membership then closed up without a word. Now I realize covid19 happened, so fully expecting gym to open when allowed to, I was disappointed when they didnt. Not a word or an answer if my money would be returned, or if they were going to open. Then one day I saw a truck taking out equipment , I walked over to take a look and place was empty! So no I am not happy with ROK fitness!

Super uncomfortable experience here. I called this morning expressing my interest in possibly joining. They told me to come in any time and someone would sit down with me. I get there 15 minutes later and the front desk girl just reads me off prices from the computer, like I'm supposed to remember all that. No flyer no price list of the different memberships, no mention of classes or anything. When she was done she looks at me expectantly like I was going to make a decision and sign up. I finally said is someone going to show me around the gym? I've never even seen the place before. She said oh you can just walk around yourself and points to the locker room and stairs. I awkwardly walked around for 5 minutes and left because I was so uncomfortable. Clearly they're not interested in gaining new members if this is what sign up is like: confusing and uncomfortable. So disappointing too as this gym seems nice and clean and is conveniently located for me.

Staff is young, untrained and. at times rude. I quit because of the poor quality of the staff. Aerobic machines are poorly maintained. Weight machines and free weights are adequate, although there can be long waits for certain machines such as squat racks. Plenty of aerobic classes, if you like that sort of thing.The sauna is almost never on. Good, if overpriced, health bar. Plenty of parking. There are better gyms in the vicinity at better prices.

The gym I'm used to so I think it's great free weights, machines, Olympic lifting area bumper weights Fit 360 is pretty good spin class, and all the rest of the classes, yoga, pilates..parking can be tight.. snack bar, clean bathrooms...all in all good prices... Massage on premises, chiropractor.

Local gym, good vibe for social driven work outs and athletic activities. Spin, Core Class and yoga mixed in with cardio, weights and machines. .

This gym is very nicely laid out..has a health juice bar, a spin room, a bike/ theater room/ sauna/chiropractor on site, a free weight section, basketball and is simply a wonderful gym to work out in. Highly recommended.
