I wanted to send a heartfelt appreciation for the amazing job that Mia and the other two staff members did for our child’s birthday party! I apologize I cannot remember the other two girls names. They were so friendly and accommodating. We’ve been here for classes when our child was a baby and young toddler, as well as friend birthday parties and your facility and staff ate truly unmatched. Our community is so lucky to have such a great space. Thank you again for making our celebration so special!

5 STARS! I would give more if I could.
From classes to parties to open play and special events and camps there is so much to love about Rolly Pollies East Amherst.
Currently enrolled in the Grasshoppers (4-6 years old) class and my kids love it, and I love that they are able to do it together. The class is a great balance of structure and free play that my kids can’t get enough. There are lots of options and flexibility if you have to miss a class.
The facility is clean, spacious, and when my kids want me to join in on the fun I can!
They did a week of camp in the summer and had a blast.
We have had a birthday party here as well, and best part is there is only one party happening at a time. So there’s no worry about party mixups and the staff is very attentive and helpful with the guests.

Blown away by this business. Everything was great from the moment we walked in the door. We booked an open play session for our 1 year old on his birthday, and he had the time of his life. There was a bunch for him to do, the place was really clean and well maintained, and our “roll” model was absolutely fantastic. There’s more to do if your kids are older, but I was pleasantly surprised with how much our one year old could do and have fun with. 10/10, will be returning!

Truly the quality of the class depends on your luck of teachers. Spent weeks really very disappointed in both the teacher and the helper only to discover when there was a substitute that there's so much potential with the class. Such a shame that you either get an engaging and informative teacher.....or one that spends the class chit-chatting. It's clean and the equipment is nice. With the exception of large metal balls at the end of the bars that are dangerous, it is safe for the littles. But we won't be back for a class.

We came for an Open Play session and had a blast the entire time! From the moment we walked in the door, checking in was quick and easy, there were plenty of cubbies for shoes and belongings, and we felt welcome. The staff has the transition between play times down to a science so no one loses any time in their scheduled play hour. The equipment was in excellent shape and was clean to use (which is impressive considering how much it is used for play and classes).

The best part was the "Roll Model" staff were right there in the play space keeping an eye on everything to make sure equipment was being used safely and checking in with parents and caretakers to make sure everyone was having a good time. They even helped my 4 year old use the monkey bars for the first time!

We will absolutely be returning, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place for active play, especially in the winter when outside isn't an option.

The kids really enjoyed themselves. My only concern was children being barefoot. I wish they would invest in providing appropriate socks to use. I’d rather not have my child running around where lots of others have been barefoot.

Poor communication. One of our scheduled classes was canceled and rescheduled, but we were not given the information. No phone call, no email... they could have given us a piece of paper at one of our many previous classes stating the change. Very unprofessional. One other family also showed up, so I know it wasn't just us that didn't receive the info. After the fact, I talked to another family and it was given casually and verbally to others without making sure everyone received the information. Wasted gas, very disappointed.

I had purchased tickets for my children to go to the Halloween party here. My daughter got pink eye and was contagious so I did not go. I messaged them immediately on Facebook to ask about getting some kind of credit towards what we paid for the Halloween party I said if they needed proof I could show them the urgent care discharge paperwork about my daughter. They have refused to respond to multiple messages. I have had several of my daughters birthday parties at this establishment and I am grossed out and appalled by the fact they won’t even respond to a message.

Incredible staff!!! My daughter (3) had a birthday party here and the staff made it flow SO well! They were ahead of the game at every step and we so appreciate it. From guiding the kiddos to setting out plates of pizza with juice boxes before the kids made it into the party room - 5 stars+++

Miss Morgan and Miss Aurora are great. However I cannot recommend as the owner or director, Megan, is extremely nosy and sticks her nose in where it doesn't belong. God forbid a child has a bad day and she is complaining to the parents. Also very overpriced. $20.00 FOR 45 MINUTES! Get Real! Trampoline not safe as it has no sides and a toddler or under could easily fall off.

Rolly Pollies is the best place for me and my son to learn and play in Western New York. He has learned so much over these past four years, he is stronger and more confident everyday.
I have also worked for this company for over 13 years, and I have seen so much success within each child it is amazing. The families I meet are now part of my extended family, and helping them create memories with their children is so rewarding.
Please come out to one of our three locations and visit with us, ask us questions, and become part of our family too. I love being a Roll Model, and my son loves joining classes, camps, parties, and open play at Rolly Pollies.

Had a great day here for a birthday party last week. Drove 30 mins to enjoy again and was informed they were closing at 1pm even though the website clearly says "no need to call ahead, always open play 1-4 except specific dates", today not being one of them.

It is a fun place to be, but I went there 2 times when it was supposed to be open according to their website and hours and it was closed both times. One time for cleaning. Shouldn't they be cleaning AFTER or BEFORE hours????Very, very disappointed kid. They need to update their closing dates for the year.

My 2 year old daughter had an incredible time here. We have never been here before and we were treated like we've been going for years! SUPER clean, like, more clean than I could have ever even dreamed of! I LOVED Veronika, she was so sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back VERY soon.

Rolly Pollies is such a great place to bring children. The equipment is safe and challenging with lots of options to build your little ones confidence. Additionally, Rolly Pollies has day time classes, music classes and other events for the kids. My younger children (5 / 3) both attended the classes for a few weeks. They were very reasonably priced, and the staff was really friendly and easy to work with. I definitely recommend taking your children here for a few hours or the weekly classes during that time of year.

Great place to burn off some energy all year round without worrying about the weather. My daughter has taken classes with great teachers who make everyone feel welcome and has gone for open play times. Every time has lead to a great night of sleep for the whole family!

I normally love this place for my sons classes. Recently I had his first birthday party there. Everything was great until one of the workers rudely yelled out in front of my guests I owed a balance which I paid for weeks in advance. I offered her cake and she dismissed me hurrying to make a phone call as if I was freeloading off the place. Won’t reccomend this now for a venue. Respect goes a long way.

The best time my wife and I spend with our son all week. Amazing place for children. Great place for children to interact. The incredible result is his increase in physical abilities after each weeks class. My son is so far ahead of schedule. We love this place.
