Our focus is on improving body mechanics, breath, mobility, stability, and strength through Physical Therapy and Pilates services. We are dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive space to educate and empower all individuals to take control of their wellness journey.

I took my first Pilates Reformer class with Julia and I can’t wait to take another class! She’s very skilled at providing feedback and guidance on proper technique and helping you build strength while being mindful of your limitations.

I love Jenn at Rooted Pilates. I have taken private, semi private and group classes with her. She is very knowledgeable about the human body because of her PT background. She creates a class that is varied and interesting and is always there to correct postures and encourage hard work and discipline. Ņ

I have been doing private sessions with Jenn for the last 2 months and I could not be happier with my experience. Jenn is teaching me how to better hold and use my body, bringing awareness to my movement and breath, and helping me build real strength with proper form. I look forward to my sessions and get so excited feeling myself slowly improve. Jenn is a delight to be around and learn from, I feel great after Pilates and am so grateful I found her! I’ve been having private lesson with Jennofer for a few months and recently started the group ones. She is amazing and so attentive. I have improved so much and have much more confidence.
