There is no doubt that Rufat can be very knowledgable and excellent PT. The problem is that this applies only when he feels like using his skills instead of surfing his phone or socialising with his gym friends throughout your session.
If you are looking for goofy charismatic guy who is willing to train you at 1AM he is your man.
If loyalty, responsibility and punctuality matter to you, do not bother.
I am giving him one star for training my teenage son (only a few session but well done). The second star is given for him strongly motivating me to become my own PT. It’s easy and free and the only missing thing in my daily gym routine is me fighting with Rufat over his phone.
