RX30 is the shortest—NO FLUFF—EFFICIENT—CHALLENGING workout you will ever do. A CLASS FULL OF INTENSITY, STRENGTH, AND CARDIO ALL IN ONE—IN HALF THE TIME.
The RX30 workout is a progressive H.I.I.T style fitness program conducted in an organized and structured class environment.
These classes will increase strength, improve endurance, stamina, and help you lose body fat so you can get lean.
Your RX30 class WILL be challenging, but it will leave you super energized. The movements are simple but effective.
We provide services such as Private Training, Small Group Training, Private Nutrition Coaching, Youth Classes, and a Juice Bar

My children love the summer camp program . They love switching between the activities with different coaches throughout the day . Treadmill was a unanimous favorite, with yoga being a close second - and of course getting ice cream as a treat afterwards is the highlight of their day ! The program seems to be very thought out to keep the children engaged and motivated and they definitely don’t feel like they’ve exercised for 5 hours , until bedtime - literally no pushback . It’s awesome !

This was my first class and I LOVED it. The intensity and short spurts with some breaks in between were exactly what I needed. Truly an awesome experience and I can’t wait for the rest of my trial and to sign up for the overall experience. Chris was great in making sure my form and technique were on point and just reinforced the fact that external perception helps. I can do all the exercises myself but the likelihood of my having it wrong is high and the chances of hurting myself higher without external support poor form. Can’t wait for more classes.

RX30 has been my main gym since 2022 and I love that the workouts are only 30 minutes and each day offers something new. There has been a turn over in coaches over the years, but everyone that has been brought on has added new value to the team and brought a fun energy.
I have noticed the workouts aren't as intense as they used to be, or I have just gotten used to them, but no matter what I leave feeling like I've gotten a good workout.
The gym is small, but they have made fantastic use of the space and have all the equipment you need to run a HIIT class functionally. They also do personal training upstairs and all of the coaches are kind, knowledgeable and fun.
They offer classes throughout the day so you can usually find one to work with your schedule. Scheduling can be done easily through the MindBody app.
The gym runs promos so always check in to find a good deal!

I took coach Amanda’s conditioning class and it was awesome! I loved the workout: it was intense but doable, and I felt like there was constant personal attention from the coach as she was kept track of my work during the class. This gym is unlike any other! I have recently been through a tough time due to a back injury, but a session at this gym brought my love for weightlifting all over again. Also, the gym is clean, it smells GREAT, and the people are amazing. I also really love the ambiance and the quotes put around the gym. It is very motivational. If I have anything to critique, it will just be the prices. The pricing is very upscale and it seems more like a teaching based gym. Not really the place where you can go solo and just workout alone. Also, there isn't a crazy amount of equipment, so that factor may be a little bit limiting. That being said, the instructors put all of their resources to use, so it does not feel like you are missing out on many crazy machines.

I recently joined RX 30 in Wayne because I wanted to try a workout closer to home but was quick and effective. I found it!!! Carolin is very professional and supportive getting new clients set up. I usually go to the 9 AM classes with coach Andrae. The classes really are so quick but you feel like you WORKED! It’s the perfect sweet spot. Taking classes is easy with the mind body app. They have storage lockers, clean bathrooms, and water refills. The other class participants are friendly and non judgmental. I like the variety of exercises and the directions and motivation while doing them. I am excited to continue taking classes!

This gym offers 30-minute classes with a variety of equipment aimed at cardio and conditioning. I was skeptical of the value of a 30-minute class, but not only can you really get a workout in, it’s helpful on days when I don’t feel like I can do a longer workout! I have trouble packing in intensity in a short amount of time working out on my own, so it’s great to be able to drop in when I’m short on time. The classes are small, no more than ten people and sometimes even half of that!

I was in search for a class near my job and found RX30. I was looking for a place where I can shower after a class and just focus on working out and not feel conscious about myself. I am intimidated with classes because I am unfit and it’s been a while since I lifted weights after giving birth. Coach Billy was very helpful and responsive to my texts. I was anxious about being late to the class because of train issues. The communication was great.
I arrived late but the coach during the 6:30 am class was able to guide me on what to do and how to do it patiently.
I am unfit, anxious and a newbie to this type of class and I was able to enjoy my first class. Looking forward to book my next class.

Did my 1st class yesterday and it was actually pretty fun. I was getting tired with my standard workout routines, but the circuits/stations in these classes keep you on your toes. Each station is a little over a min long with short 15s intervals of rest before you repeat, so you're constantly in a state of motion. But the classes are short (30mins long) so it's absolutely doable for even a beginner like myself. Also, the coach, Joe, was really efficient. He explained everything so well and was great at keeping me motivated to push through.

I learn something every time I am here - from form to pushing oneself and taking rest. The staff is professional and friendly and each time, it feels like we are part of a team. Not impressed with the workout design, regiment and facility. This franchise or chain is clearly overpriced and exaggerates on what this format can accomplish. I can do far more and at a fraction of the overall cost at a local gym with no frills equipment and without the annoying format and class structure. This is another trend based on motivating the uninspired and unincentivized with motivation and drive, something anyone should be able to accomplish with a modicum of solitary effort. Save yourself a ton of money and join a general gym and work on your metal game and focus. You will gain more both mentally and physically and be a stronger individual without all these silly group think trends in fitness. Ugh.

RX30 Personal Training has been the best fitness decision I've made in my life. I've been going for 2.5 years and have never done the same workout twice. Things never get repetitive and you'll never be bored. The coaching/training staff are true experts that listen to your goals and how you tell them your body feels. I haven't had any injuries, which was a key requirement of mine. The workouts are efficient, providing the strength and conditioning you need, but without taking too much valuable time. I have been doing private training at RX for over 4 years now and do not have enough good things to say about it. The facility is fantastic and has everything you need (including a clean bathroom with showers). I have never found the level of personal attention and detail in these customized workouts anywhere else and I have tried them all. Every workout/session is a physical and mental challenge and our trainer motivates us to get through it. I go in the mornings (preference) and it is the best way to kickstart my day. If I could give 10 stars I would, love this place/people.

He's extremely knowledgeable and provides the perfect amount of motivation and push, without being over the top. This place is my happy place. I am being molded into my best self under the loving care of India, Patch, and Daniel. As NYC began to reopen, I was in desperate need of finding a gym that was effective and fun. Cue RX30! I found their website and decided to buy a couple of classes to try it out. A couple of classes later and I was in hooked and decided to purchase a membership with them. It's been a few months and I've dropped some weight with their amazing coaches, and effective quick workouts. RX30 BEST GYM I HAVE EXPERIENCED! They are encouraging, very clean and are diligent about disinfecting everything after use. I feel safe attending live classes at the gym. Carolin and Billy really care about my workout goals and have been incredibly flexible throughout this pandemic providing zoom private classes at very reasonable rates and early hours to accommodate my crazy mom life. This has helped me stay on track with my goals and to keep my sanity. Nothing like a good workout to relieve some anxiety. You will never be bored at this gym. The classes change often and are consistently challenging. The classes are designed to challenge you no matter your level whether a beginner or advanced. I highly recommend giving RX30 a chance.

Found this place when looking for a HIIT class that didn't feel like a gym. This was exactly what I was looking for. Short 30-minute intense workouts so I could really push myself. You definitely feel the burn. The space and music makes it feel like a night club, which makes it so enjoyable. I look forward to each class and don't feel bored because they change up the routines and it's fast paced. Sometimes they even have a live DJ! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the owner to the instructors! The instructors are warm, motivating, and attentive to form. Shout out to India, Shira, and Carolin! The bathroom is nice -- lockers are easy to use, and there are showers. The hair ties, towels, and cotton buds etc. are all nice little touches. I'm so glad I found my neighborhood HIIT spot.

Quality over quantity which is not always the case for group fitness classes. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes it is hard to hear the instructors over the music (great music though).

I have just recently joined RX30. I really enjoy the high intensity 30 minute workouts. My background of exercising as always been with a group and then eventually in a gym setting. This workout is great for me because everyday is a new focus allowing different muscles in the body to be worked. I found RX30 on classpass. I am really glad I decided to go and continue going. Great for a quick but effective workout. The instructors are really great and give you scaling options or alternative exercises if you have an injury or if you are just getting into regular exercise. If you have a busy schedule, this is the class for you! I love the class because it is 30 minutes and I can get in and out while still having an amazing and efficient workout. The gym is very nice and clean. The staff is very kind and supportive. If I had to recommend a trainer, Danny is definitely your guy.
