Sarah was SO amazing! She tailored a fitness class for our group of women and offered a range adapted for everyone from moms to marathoners. She also took care and consideration for the bachelorette we were celebrating and incorporated fun challenges that kept us active and focused on the bride-to-be. Loved the energy and experience!

Sarah is an amazing trainer! I've worked with her for over a year now and I'm at the top of my fitness. I have never stayed with a workout regime for as long as I have with Sarah, who keeps me on track and makes fitness a social activity I look forward to. She never pushes me to do anything that she doesn't think I'm capable of achieving and always is my biggest cheerleader.
