Love this studio , my best friend took me as her guest and I ended up joining right after that class . I been practicing yoga here for 6 months I I feel strong and look strong thanks to all the instructors here. They are so nice and fix my poses to do it the right way or modify it for me so one day I could do the pose. I highly recommend this studio. I have my favorites classes, but they’re all amazing.

Samara is by far one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had the privilege to practice with.
She has created a lovely, communal space in this studio and I look forward to practicing here regularly

Solid studio. It’s a fantastic space, always clean, with mats provided. I’ve liked all the classes I’ve tried so far and have received a lot of helpful tips and corrections that make me feel seen but not scrutinized. It seems designed to make everyone feel comfortable being there, at their own level. The first month unlimited trial price is reasonable and a great way to build/rebuild your practice without pressure. 5 stars!

I can’t express how happy to not cross Flatbush Avenue to workout. Over the summer I have attended most instructors’ class and they really are all delightful. I particularly appreciate Samara and Ken’s individual corrections. They are just so vigilant paying attention to everyone in class and giving the most precise cues.

I'm so happy to have found Sarai. It's a small and welcoming studio where the staff takes the time to learn your name. Each instructor brings their own style to the class so I would recommend trying a few. For instance, I like taking Samara's class when I want a slow but challenging flow, and I can always count on Abigail to include a good fascia floss. I hope that Sarai continues adding more classes to the schedule.

My favorite neighborhood studio. Clean, friendly staff, and open to feedback. They added introductory classes about 6 months into me going here which really helped me grow and improve my skills too. Would recommend!

Great studio and very nice staff. However, most teachers provide very little instructions or tips on correct postures / practices, which I believe is very important to learn in any fitness class. Classes are not friendly for newbies and can feel rushed at times because it feels like teachers assume everyone knows what to do. I appreciate the intention and the experience but not my favorite.

Incredible space with very experienced and passionate teachers. Their blend of dance, music, and power practices without any questionable mysticism is refreshing. My favorite studio.

A wonderful yoga studio! Warm, intimate, inviting, and chill - Samara and Sarai have built a sweet little community. I love coming here for challenging but accessible yoga - there is a lot of classical and ashtanga influence without being too intense or dogmatic about it. Big Katonah influence also. Coming here has enriched and deepened my already established practice. Very happy to have Sarai in the neighborhood!

My favorite yoga studio. The teachers, the community, the vibe -- all very warm and welcoming. But it all begins and ends with the classes, which are great. Highly recommend.

I'm 53, and outside of a few DVD classes while doing P90X 10 or so years ago, I'm a total yoga newbie. I thought walking into a class with so many fitter, younger people would be a bit intimidating, but that's the furthest thing from the truth. All the teachers are amazing, and most of the classes can be done by all levels of practitioners. It's such a calm, positive place. I love it.

What can I say without going on for pages. I used to practice at this location before Sarai opened; and was so sad when it closed. Now, that Sarai has opened there is new life in the community. Sarai is the most welcoming yoga studio I’ve ever experienced, and the teachers are truly phenomenal. Not only are they experienced, but they are such great teachers - they go beyond giving instruction. Every class I learn something new, and every class I feel like I get better and closer to my own personal growth. Sarai is such an important part of the community, and so happy they’re here!!

Bad experience. Classes are fine though a bit unpredictable and not recommended for beginners. But I was charged for a month of unlimited and didn't want it. They refused to refund and were slow to respond.

Sarai is a wonderful yoga studio!! Clean and simple space with excellent teachers. I love that mats and props are provided, so I don't need to bring anything with me to the studio. The website is also super user-friendly - it's really easy to sign up for classes or adjust my schedule when needed.

I LOVE THIS YOGA STUDIO.

I have been on the hunt for a new yoga studio for about 6 months now, and I must have gone through 8+ studios in this time. This yoga studio ticks all the boxes! They have the ideal balance of mindfulness and physical movement, challenge and ease.

Unfortunately, I'm actually Australian and I'm only working here for a few weeks so I'm trying to soak up as much as I can from Sarai. I've chosen to go to this yoga studio over sightseeing in my free time, and I have no regrets whatsover :)

Best yoga studio ever! Samara and all the teachers are so warm and welcoming. The studio is pristine, calm and feels like a tiny oasis away from the stress of everyday life. The classes are superb, the perfect combo of challenging and restorative. I'm recovering from almost three years of not being able to walk due to several pretty traumatic hip surgeries. I can't think of a better environment to bring my body back to life. I'm so grateful for Samara and this beautiful community she's built!

Sarai is a genuine space for mindfulness and movement. I noticed there are no mirrors which fosters a super welcoming and nonjudgemental space for all levels. The owner, members, and teachers are all super lovely. They provide mats and all props for classes which I really appreciate. It’s subtle but makes all the difference. It’s the attention to detail that really sets them apart. Highly recommend you try out a Live Music or Candlelit class, you will not regret it!

Beautiful space and welcoming community. The studio is beautiful with the sunlight streaming in during the day. I've been there for the Katonah Restorative Yoga with candlelight and it is so grounding and calming - a perfect way to end the weekend and rejuvenate oneself for the coming week. Samara is very attentive to each student even if the class is full, she notices everyone, comes around and offers either gentle verbal or tactile cues while still moving the class along at a good pace. I love Sarai!

Sarai is a clean and beautiful yoga studio free of commercial vibes; truly a neighborhood gem. The teachers are top-notch for all levels of practice — beginner to advanced. I’ve been to multiple classes at Sarai and found the teachers extremely attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and ego free.

The live music classes are a great way to wind down from a busy week and are a personal favorite. I highly recommend Sarai if you're looking for a yoga studio in Fort Greene or nearby.
