I've been working with Chloe for 2.5 years, and having her as my trainer has honestly changed my life! Before I started working out with Chloe, I had never lifted weights, and I did not feel motivated to work out. Two plus years later, I go to the gym 3 times/week (including 1 session per week with Chloe) and am a confident lifter, combining the guidance Chloe gives me with my own programming. I truly believe that lifting is essential to my mental and physical health, and Chloe has supported me all along the way in my weightlifting journey.

I came to Chloe simply hoping to get my middle-aged body moving again. I was dealing with a couple of long-term injuries and unsure if I’d really stick with it this time. My only goal was to age with mobility. Fast forward one year, and I’m stronger, more energetic, and feeling better than I ever imagined possible.

Chloe took the time to truly listen and tailor everything to my needs. She helped me rebuild around my injuries—my knees and shoulders no longer hurt—and my body is transforming. I have more energy, strength, and confidence than I’ve had in years.

But the real magic is Chloe herself. I suppose belly laughs support core strength too? Chloe has created an incredibly welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment with a fantastic team of trainers by her side. It’s a space where everyone is supported, no matter where they’re starting from or what their goals are.

THE BEST! I’m coming up on 6 months training with Chloe, and I can’t recommend her and Sarré Strength Lab more highly. I was looking to get serious about strength training when I stumbled on her new gym in Dumbo, and I'm SO glad I found her.

Chloe is incredibly knowledgeable about proper technique, recovery, and all things strength training. I always feel safe pushing myself, and I’m lifting heavier than I ever thought possible. As a woman, it’s so empowering to feel strong, and the changes I’ve seen in just a few months are wild.

On top of all that, Chloe makes training such a good time. Lots of laughs, great energy, and a supportive vibe that makes the time fly by. If you want to get stronger, learn the right way, and actually enjoy the process, this is the spot.

I was looking to get into strength training after losing ~100lbs on a GLP-1 working out at home and found Chloe and SARRÉ through Instagram. I was super intimidated to get into a real gym but she's been so informative and approachable and the vibes in the space are ✨immaculate✨. I'm a month in and can already feel the difference. 11/10 would recommend.

I've been training with Chloe for almost a year and it's been an incredible experience. I hate working out but she makes it so fun and easy - the time flies and I actually look forward to going to the gym. I also can tell how strong I've gotten - my body has changed, my muscle tone has increased, it's amazing. I'm so happy she's opened her own space - it's clean, modern, and also smells really nice (!!!). The environment is upscale but down to earth and welcoming.

Joining Sarre I finally found a gym that has left me with lasting changes in my body and the motivation to keep coming back. Chloe tailor workouts to my goals. I’ve gained strength in ways I didn’t even expect- I've got back muscles! Along the way towards reaching my personal physical goals, I’ve noticed huge improvements in my posture, overall strength in my core and I might even venture to say I'm starting to have a buns of glory.
