I’ve been training with Chris for the past 6 months, and it’s been awesome. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and adaptable — I came in dealing with a sports injury, and he’s done an amazing job adjusting workouts so I could keep training safely while still making progress. Every session feels personalized and challenging in the best way. I’m stronger, more confident, and moving better than I have in years. Highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares about your goals and your long-term health.

I have been working with Coach Chris for 6 months. He is always on time and has a workout plan designed for me. We have worked through injuries. He is encouraging about nutrition. I made my 6 month weight goal and pant size goal. I couldn’t have done it without him. Thanks Chris. I’m looking forward to the next 6 months!

I worked with Chris for several months. He was always on time and ready for my session. My schedule fluctuated weekly and he was always able to accommodate my scheduling needs. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable on both fitness and diet and was both eager and excited to be able to help me to learn and to grow on my personal fitness journey. Chris was professional but also so fun and made the workouts far more enjoyable. I appreciated the 1:1 attention I received during every single session and the check-ins after my workouts to be sure I was feeling ok. Chris is one of a kind and an absolute pleasure to work with!

I have been going 2 to 3 times a week with Chris for a few months now. My first visit showed how bad I was. I thought I was gonna die. I almost puked. Now 3 months later I feel way better and look better. I am convinced it is his process. Its weights but it seems like the heart rate is always elevated. I love going. And he is a great guy and his rates are very reasonable.

Chris's dedication is exceptional, providing 1-to-1 support to help you suceed in your personal goals. After working with other trainers, no one compares to Chris. His commitment to my progress and constant check-ins set him apart from others in his field. I've always had back issues, and Chris is able to work around my ailments, yet still deliver an intense session. I feel stronger, and dropping 3 pant sizes doesn't hurt either. He has this motivational approach that makes you want to stick to your goals. Chris often says to "Trust the Process". However, I find that it's Chris that I trust the most. His first hand knowledge of training has helped enhance his craft as a coach. His confidence in me makes me want to show up and put in the hard work. He'll start off as a coach but quickly become a friend. I highly recommend Chris and Scout Fitness Training!

I hated going to the gym until I started training with Chris.
He pushed you to your limit. He helps you understand what to eat and what exercises help with what muscle.
You will find that as long as you put in the work you will see results.
You will also find that it’s not just a gym session. In ways it’s also very therapeutic as well.
Chris goes above and beyond his training objectives. He has helped me study for my quizzes and tests for school.
I went from hating the gym to absolutely loving it.

I was referred to Chris by a friend because I needed to lose weight and tone up for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I didn't want to look back at the photos and hate the way I looked. Chris is an amazing trainer and person! He truly cares and goes above and beyond for his clients to make sure they reach their personal goals. When I first came to Chris I was so self conscious of my body, immediately Chris made sure I felt safe and welcomed to the gym. I have been going to Chris for over a year now and have lost 32 pounds (crazy to think I could never do it!). When you go to Chris you’ll understand it’s more than a go to the gym and tell me what to do. It’s a therapy session, friendship, nutritionist, AND personal trainer. I've been working out with Chris for almost 7 years. He has helped me accomplish things in the gym that I'd never thought I could do. Chris wants you to reach your goals just as bad as you want to. He's more than a personal trainer, he's more of a coach pushing you to do your hardest, checking in on you throughout the week, helping you overcome your struggles and being a good listener. Chris is not just a trainer, he’s a coach and a friend. He took me in with multiple injuries, to the point where doctors said I would never be able to do a push-up again, and I’m now doing multiple sets of pushups. Something I never thought I would accomplish again. He’s flexible with scheduling, easy to get along with, and can get you on the right track. Checks on you outside of training days and makes sure you’re eating right, too. 100% recommend Chris, wouldn’t be in this shape if it weren’t for him!
