The worst gym you can possibly think of. They charged people during COVID pandemic without providing any service of course which is against the law. Then promised to reopen and give free month trainings, but in reality closed the gym completely, took the money and vanished. Every call you place is either unanswered or you are left with the respond “I’m sorry but you will never get your money back no matter what you do” and be thankful for that to them. Never ever pick up this gym!No matter how clean and good it looks at the end you will be tricked! Total fraud

Decent gym. Kept clean. Super upsetting to show up to the gym at 9pm on a Monday when it’s listed as being open until 10pm (check the website and google if you must) and all the doors are locked and lights off. If you work full time, this is not the gym to go to. So unreliable. I know there are new owners because everyone and a half seemed to be complaining about their new management style, but this is super disrespectful to a loyal, paying customer. And to think I arranged for childcare to be here after work... very very upset.
Be wary of the hours before you commit to this gym.

This place is great! I was a member for over a year. The staffs are nice and helpful. Sadly, I have to move away last month. I was so worried after reading the reviews on canceling the membership. After I called in about the cancellation of the membership, Angela was very helpful and nice. There was no hassle what so ever.

Be careful before u join it is expensive,I didn’t know much about gyms before I join this they make me pay $300 something at the time of contract for only one year n monthly $36 only for the equipments.later I heard from some people they take less money and from people like me they robbed, n it is impossible to cancel their membership. My worst experience, there is so much to say about this gym, waiting for my contract to end.

to cancel your membership in this gym you have to go through the whole process.
my sister cancelled hers last year without any problem, right away. i don't know why but for some reason when i wanted to cancel mine today, they said that i have to call PARAMOUNT, bc receptionist don't do that.
and when i called paramount they told me that in order to cancel the membership i have to WRITE THEM A LETTER. like an actual letter on the paper and send it far far away, explaining why i'm leaving.
it's the first time i'm seeing this kind of ridiculous requirement just to cancel your account in the GYM. they think they're some kind of government level company i guess.

The best gym I've been so far!!! Going here since March 2015, everybody here is so friendly and supportive, both staff members and the girls. Must say that this gym is superb clean, which is a big plus. Everybody here saying about Kate, absolutely undeniable true. She is the BEST!!! Her classes and private sessions are incredible, it can be tough at times, but its worth it. She changed the way I look at fitness, I used to think that would never be able to achieve anything and now I can't imagine myself without my workouts. If you doubt, just give it a shot!!! You'll be amazed!!

I have been a member at the Sedona Fitness in Brooklyn, NY since November 2015. It is simply the BEST and CLEANEST FITNESS CLUB I have ever experienced. I must report that girls from front desk absolutely always are greeting with a cheerful smile and a lot of great attitude. Special thanks are for Kate. SHE is AMAZING TRAINER! Kate is so into what we are doing in her class and pushes you to do better through her positive energy and knowledge. IT IS hard work but fun at the same time. Kate is constantly motivating and encouraging me to be the best me I can be! I’ve never felt better both physically and mentally too and I owe it all to Kate’s Classes. So Kate!
