Instructors are not NYC or US certified, they don't have the proper training or skills to help and take care of your health, instead of that they could damage you. Also if you tried to talk to the owner Ricky doesn't care, he just want the money.

I won't attend classes in this place, INSTRUCTORS ARE NOT CERTIFIED AT ALL, no NYC certification, or proper CPR, or department of health, I won't expose my health in a place like this. No because you know how to dance you will teach others. YOU MUST HAVE TRAINING, preparation CERTIFICATIONS, and NYC approved. And to confirm what others profile talk about the owner, yes he is very nasty.

The people in the front desk have a very bad attitude, they are rude when they talk to people, not friendly at all, I went for a Zumba class and because of that nasty attitude I left right away and I will never go back to that place, they don’t know how to run a business

I just started attending a few weeks ago and I have to say, it's been an awesome experience. The instructors are top-notch and great, pricing is reasonable, it's in a convenient location, & the facilities are neat and clean. Overall, it's a very warm and friendly environment. I totally recommend!

Un pésimo yo estuve ahí el viernes apoyando a un amigo q iva a cantar en ese lugar yo estaba sentado junto al muchacho q perdió su llave del carro y resulta q hoy el dueño del lugar “q no compramos nada porq no andábamos dinero” yo quiero decirle a esa persona q esas no son palabras para referirse a sus clientes; el lugar la música todo no daban ni ganas de tomar una cerveza pésimo sitio y más aún q no acepten tarjetas de crédito en un lugar como New York q se usan más las tarjetas q el efectivo ese lugar deja mucho q desear

El viérnes 6 de agosto, 2021 fuí invitado por un amigo a un cumpleaños a este lugar. Durante el tiempo que estuvimos allí perdí mi llave del carro. Cuando regresé al lugar y pregunté no estaba según el dueño, un tal Ricky. Le digo si me puede dar su número telefónico para llamarle en otro momento a ver si por casualidad encuentran la llave luego de la limpieza del lugar. Hoy día lo saludo muy cordialmente y le pregunto si por favor la llave apareció, y su respuesta fue la siguiente: "Ahí no tiraron nada si no consumieron nada solo estuvieron viéndose todos a todos por que no tenían dinero para gastar ahí no tiraron nada amigo sorry".... Me dió mucho coraje su respuesta, solo le hice una simple pregunta, que creo que con decir NO, era suficiente. Por otro lado, si compramos unos cuantos tragos, yo le pedí un Cuba libre y practicamente lo que me trajo fue agua endulzada de soda por $ 20 dollars, luego le pregunté si toman tarjeta y me dice NO, solo cash. Entonces creo que su lugar debería actualizarse ya que estamos en pleno sigo 21 para NO tomar tarjeta en un lugar de NYC. Pero ese tal Ricky para ser supuestamente el dueño, NO tiene educación alguna, y pienso en voz alta que debería ir a una escuela a educarse un poco más y dejar su personalidad tan torpe de atender a la gente. Un servicio al cliente FALTAL, no por criticar, pero NO merece tratar así a la gente, muy GROCERO!!! He aquí las fotos, de la conversación. Quiero que el que lea esto vea que es la VERDAD. HORRIBLE experiencia y servicio!!!! 👎👎

HipHop classes with NAHOMY & HELEN bring the best of hip hop to Queens. My daughter loves Nahomy’s class. Dance is her therapy. I always go with my daughter to Nahomy’s class and I love her. She’s very professional, she teaches step by step, she puts them in groups, she asks her students if they want to be film so they can see their own progress. She’s so sweet and great dancer same as Helen. Keep going girls. Nahomy do not pay mind to bad comments. Those people don’t know you. They don’t how hard you work learning and choreography to show your students that dance can be best therapy for anxiety. Keep going girl don’t let bad energy get to you. If you go to her class, you’ll see ❤️❤️❤️

The business is okay, my daughter has anxiety because of it. A teacher NAHOMY is bad at teaching dance. Not only for my daughter, but for some people too. It would be best if she wasn’t teaching on seven zumba
