Shakti Yoga of Woodstock is Upstate's oldest and most joyful yoga studio -- we've been teaching our community and guests from all over the world since 2001! WE offer daily classes and online. We offer different levels - from very beginner to advanced. Students love how Shakti teachers are professional, accommodating, friendly, and have interesting approaches to teaching. We offer private sessions, teacher training and Ayurveda

Linda is terrific. Loved the classes. Beautiful setting. All the equipment you need. A great way to unwind on vacation and get some exercise to supplement hiking or heal from an injury. Helpful instruction and great classmates.

Peaceful yoga studio with beautiful views of nature as you practice. Class was intense(level2) bit just want I was looking for. Linda was an amazing instructor,made everyone feel at home and relaxed. I will be back for more.

If you want the best, you will no doubt find it at Shakti Yoga. I was referred to Linda by my teacher, as I was considering a yoga teacher training program. I was extremely vulnerable, as I had a recent whiplash and concussion, and was in the midst of recovery. Once I met Linda and visited the studio, it felt like home and I knew without a doubt that I was in the best hands to learn, grow, heal, and enhance the quality of my life. I am honored to say that I have completed the most incredible teacher training, healed from my injury and am teaching what I love. Linda is incredibly knowledgable and supportive. No matter how many are on the mat, you always feel the individual attention in a class. All the teachers that are trained by Linda, have endured the most comprehensive training you can get. Infinity stars for Linda, the studio, the teacher training and all of the incredible teachers at Shakti Yoga!
