I have always loved taking fitness classes rather than just using equipment at the gym. Shannon runs the most intense, fun and challenging classes I’ve ever taken. Her combination of cardio and weights is ideal for getting the most fitness benefits. She pushes you to find your inner strength and celebrates your victories. The gym has such a positive family atmosphere and we have so much fun even at 5:30am!! I would recommend her classes to all men and women at any age and at point in their fitness journey!!!

I’m fairly new to Shannon Connors Fitness but know already that it’s exactly what I was looking for. There’s a variety of classes that include cardio as well as strength training. Shannon also offers nutrition consultations, personalized meal plans and individual training sessions. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is motivating and has helped me to get back on track.
