I've been training with Shaunta for years and I wouldn't go to anyone else! She is highly educated on fitness, nutrition, and clean living. Not only does she know her stuff, but she's an amazing person who genuinely cares about her clients. Starting a new workout program can be intimidating, but she makes it easy - just show up! She'll be on time, have a custom workout ready for you (and any of your limitations), a motivating playlist, TONS of encouragement, and a welcoming smile. Shaunta is amazing!

I had an amazing experience with my personal trainer! She offered personalized one-on-one sessions that really helped me focus on my individual goals, and I could see improvements right away. The boot camps she organized were challenging but fun, pushing me to do my best every time. I also loved the after-workout snacks she provided – they were both delicious and healthy, fueling my recovery. The competitions she set up kept things exciting and motivated me to push myself further. On top of all that, her guidance on nutrition was invaluable, helping me make better choices both in and out of the gym. I truly feel supported, challenged, and encouraged with her program. Shaunta is Amazing!
I had the pleasure of training with Shaunta a few years ago, and she played a key role in improving my physical condition. She tailored workouts to my specific needs, ensuring both progress and comfort.
Shaunta’s deep knowledge of fitness and sports was evident in the diverse exercises she designed, which helped strengthen different areas of my body. Not only did I see physical improvements, but I also gained confidence and experienced a boost in my overall mood. She was there to support and guide me every step of the way.
Unfortunately, Covid disrupted our sessions, but even then, Shaunta found creative ways to keep me motivated and engaged.

Shaunta Strong provides an outstanding personal training facility that offers physical strength training and nutritional guidance, including Earth Fed Muscles products, protein drinks, and Odin Eats, which are homemade meals made with organic ingredients rich in essential macronutrients (i.e., protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats). Her gym has a sauna that promotes cardiovascular health, stress reduction, pain relief, and many other health benefits. Exercise programs are designed based on the individual needs of her clients from a strength-based perspective. Questions that arise outside her time with her clients are answered within moments, regardless of the time of day. In addition to individualized guidance, Shaunta plans inclusive boot camps, differentiated to meet the needs of each participant regardless of age or ability level, group challenges, and special events that build a sense of community and camaraderie between her clients. A special note: Shaunta's gym is part of her home, where her clients can exercise with her family's loving and quite docile dog, affectionately known as Coach Odin.

With Shaunta's guidance, I learned that strength training is more than physical; it is also very mental. Mental focus assists in targeting muscle engagement, helps maintain the correct form to prevent injury, and develops the mental discipline to challenge oneself. Not only has Shaunta built my physical strength, she has been my life coach, building my confidence and self-esteem while changing the negative views I have had for decades about my body. I have worked with a couple of personal trainers over the years and Shaunta is absolutely amazing. Truly a judgement free zone where I felt comfortable to open up about my goals and struggles. Shaunta is fantastic!! Her knowledge doesn't just end at fitness. She has great advice on nutrition including Odin Eats premade meals that she makes as well as protein ice cream(yum!). She is a great resource on healthy non processed foods and best options for brands as well. Shaunta has really helped me over the years with a back injury and working with an old ankle injury and now I've never felt better. She has an approach that isn't just about how you look it is about how you feel and helping us fuel our bodies in the way that it needs through fitness and nutrition. She works with all sorts of preferences with diet and exercise and tailors it completely to your needs. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a personal trainer to help guide you on your goals!!

Shaunta is absolutely fantastic, the definition of a personal trainer. She's always in your corner and ready to celebrate your accomplishments and to support you in any way. She's been helping me for over a year now and I've lost a total of 75lbs. She's helped me to transform my body and mentality toward weight loss and maintenance.
