Hotel péssimo. As duas pessoas da recepção são as pessoas mais ignorantes que conheci. Depois uma fila do café da manhã, eu perguntei a que pessoas que estava pra entrar quanto tempo ela estava na fila, quase uma hora e vinte. $50 uma incluí por pessoa, como tinha evento comprado pra manhã não consegui tomar café.
Muita falta de respeito.
Quarto menor impossível tem que andar de lado dentro.

We made a reservation on July 3 for a July 15 stay, but when we arrived at 7 PM, we were told it had been canceled due to a credit card issue — and the hotel was fully booked. The only notice was an email sent the day of, which we missed while traveling. No call, no follow-up. This caused a lot of stress and completely disrupted our trip. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration.

I am waiting more than 45 minutes in line to do check-in when there is only three people serving the check in and then light crew coming along and getting ahead of us and no one cares.
Services awful this is ridiculous that one of the best hotel in New York cannot get good service.

I absolutely love this gym; they have all the equipments and machines I like to use and I just love their treadmill. I also love the fact that the place just smells so great and is cool and clean. Definitely 5 stars for me

Update: we had to leave almost a year ago, since the gym cut off all memberships and is now only for hotel guests. I have it a higher review while it was still running, but since it's not, this isn't really accurate anymore.

You know, you get what you pay for, and I expected less. I got a groupon for a six-month membership here, and it's been great. It has everything I need, though I do not like to shower there, which is why I always pick gyms close to home. But I can shower there in a pinch. The facility is good, the trainers are friendly and very helpful, and it has a very welcoming vibe. Clean (I see someone cleaning nearly every time I'm there) and they even keep a fruit bowl out (way better than, say, Planet Fitness, which provides pizza and bagels once a week... so helpful for weight loss).

Was a nice small gym. I got a trial membership for a good price which made it appealing. It also included towel service which was important. Can get crowded during main hours. Water fountain doesn't always work.

Small gym, but it's clean and not usually that busy. They used to do deals on Groupon and Livingsocial, but it looks like that stop doing that. The cost of hotel guests visiting is $10/day. I think they should just throw that in as a benefit, but I guess the number crunchers know better.

The bathroom and dressing rooms are filthy, hair balls, etc.
I was stretching on a mat and saw a dead roach on the floor right next to me! I could have stepped on it in bare feet. I took a photo of it, and was going to write a letter to the management. Surprising to have a gym this dirty in a well known hotel brand in the middle of midtown Manhattan. Very surprised!

Pros: Absolutely worth their Groupon (making membership $12 per month for 6 months). Decently clean for the price. MUCH cleaner than Synergy. Staff is nice and funny.

Cons: barely anywhere for mat work. Since their groupon, it has become a bit crowded. A slow elevator is the only way down to the gym, and when you're on your lunch break every second counts!

Its ok.

Gym had decent amount of dumbells and machines and of course cardio equipment.

However the gym has only two benches, one smith machine and one squat rack but NO olympic bars. So you have to use the straight bars with pre-determined weight on there.

So while great for fitness crowd and gettinf a nice pump, its it shite for lifters.
