I am having a great time at Silver Fox, my daughters and I enjoy the workouts and time we can spend together. Jason and Jen give us a ton of individual time and will help us to scale the movements if needed. Age or physical ability aren't limitations at Silver Fox, Jason and Jen make adjustments to allow anyone and everyone to participate.

A great place to workout that pushes you and has a friendly atmosphere. It is a place where you are certain to get results. Trainers know their stuff and facility is great and has a lot of equipment. Best gym in town and only one certified in Crossfit.
