Knowledgeable, skilled, attentive and friendly trainers in an intimate setting where all the work is individualized. They help you progress and achieve your goals while being mindful of injury prevention and respect for the older body. If you show up you will see results! Group classes are very small and fun ( I’ve taken them with Julie and Robyn) and personal training with Jason, the Director, is as good as it gets! Massages are also highly recommended-blissful.
