I am a long time practitioner of yoga with the Simplicity Yoga Studio in Kings Park. I have attended classes both in studio, and via zoom for the past two years, with most of its instructors. They are an incredible team that never fails to bring depth, breadth and growth to their instruction and my practice of Yoga. I could not give a better recommendation for this group of people.

Simplicity Yoga Studio has been my refuge and place for reflection and renewal for the past three years. The studio is beautifully decorated which provides a tranquil space for practice. I have practiced in a lot of yoga studios over the past 20 years, but I've really found a home at Simplicity. It has a nice variety of in-studio or online classes and times, excellent events, great guided meditations, and inspirational instructors who care about each student's individual abilities and limitations. The Crystal shop and Reiki services are also amazing!

If you do not get to Simplicity, then you are missing out. As a novice practitioner, I was extremely hesitant to even go to any yoga studio. But I decided to try yoga to heal my aching body. I am an ice hockey player, and "gym rat" and have been suffering from various injuries.

I went to about 4-5 other studios in my area to get a feel for it, and when I found Simplicity, I found a home. The people there were amazing. The teachers offered challenging classes yet were always accommodating to my physical limitations. The studio just had a friendly vibe that kept me coming back.
I have made friends there, attended classes, gone on retreats, and changed my life in a very positive way.

It has been almost 10 years and it is still my studio. It is the best. I can't wait to be there, on my mat.

I have been part of the Simplicity Yoga family for almost a decade! Watching the studio grow and expand over the years has been great. This is a fantastic, friendly and competent studio. The instructors are wonderful and there are plenty of classes that will work with your level and schedule. Don’t be intimidated to try. They are super welcoming and you will be so happy!

Really confused if this is even a real business? They’re on Groupon and I tried to call to book classes after purchasing on Groupon. It looks like it’s someone’s personal number and when I went to call, a woman picked up and then hung up on me when I mentioned I’ve been trying to contact the studio about booking classes. After this awful experience, I don’t even wanna bother showing up in person.

Really unprofessional to run a business that way. Definitely all of her friends who write these positive reviews.

Delete my review then. This is this number listed with an attempt to contact right after being hung up on, and then sent right to voicemail. If it got disconnected, why was I sent to voicemail? Interesting. Very sad to lie on social media to save your image. Really dissapointing and a negative energy to the yoga world.

Nice clean studio with friendly, welcoming staff. Have been to a few classes so far. Instructors were knowledgeable and offered good sequencing and progressions in yoga poses. I liked their approach. I hope they have more offerings in studio as pandemic wanes.

I have been reading the great reviews and had been meaning to stop in to check out the inside of the studio since I live in Kings Park. I finally did expecting to be welcomed seeing that the reviews were awesome and I was disappointed. I was barely let through the door not realizing they do not have a front desk area to ask for more info about pricing. As a Wellness Studio business owner I know that Groupon often takes a big percentage so I was going to offer to purchase straight through them to show my appreciation of finally having a nice yoga studio in Kings Park, as we all know doesn’t not offer much in our little town. I hate to say but I doubt I’ll go back it was a complete turn off being told to check the website which I had I was just there to purchase a package.
