I love that this is a genuine one on one experience that is affordable. The session is both relaxing and productive. I left feeling the aches in some muscles like I’ve been to the gym but also with the best stretch I’ve had in my life. Bridget is a kind soul who so knowledgable in the way the body flows so that you get exactly what you came for and more! Definitely will be booking packages from now on 🤗

I've been taking Reformer Pilates and Stretch therapy with Bridgette for almost 6 months now. I found her through a Pilates panel years ago so I was happy to see her offering classes. Love Bridgette's energy and flexibility which keeps me coming back. Love the workouts and Bridgette pays special attention to my shoulder injury. She will make adjustments and provides guidance when needed. Bridgette not only provides a great workout but Bridgette makes me feel safe. I don't feel judged if I'm struggling, she will meet you where you're at. It's hard to find genuine trainers. You won't regret working with her. I appreciate you!

I went in for a stretch session with Bridgette and it was amazing. Stretched in places I didn't know could stretch. They're gentle but tough, which I like. They was very knowledgeable and took their time. Can't wait to go in for another session and help my body be as relaxed as the first session made me feel. Thanks Bridgette!

I have been doing reformer pilates with Bridgette one on one for about 2 months now, and I'm already seeing improvements in my core/hip strength! Bridgette always corrects my form if I'm not doing something properly, and actively takes me through each exercise. I've also tried stretch therapy with her and my body always feels amazing afterwards! The exercises change every session so it never gets boring. Bridgette is amazing and I love working with her! Highly recommend Slam Duncan Wellness for all your pilates and stretch therapy needs.

Having Bridgette as my personal Pilates Trainer was one of the best decisions I made for me and my self-care. I’m constantly traveling, so Bridgette is very flexible with meeting me in person at a Pilates studio or virtually. Either way I’m left drenched in sweat and filled with energy. She is so attentive to my body, and gives me clear instructions on how to properly execute positions and exercises. Bridgette is very creative and will find cool ways to take workout routines to new level. Most importantly, She’s very understanding and a great accountability partner.

my favorite friday night ritual is taking B’s Matgic class. B has a wonderful energy & teaching style that interweaves positive affirmation with education & helpful feedback. but don’t let her radiant smile fool you - her classes are sneakily challenging. i always feel accomplished, effectively worked, and overall amazing after taking B’s class.

After a long day of work I was dreading working out because I was tired and a bit cranky. Luckily, after just a few minutes my mood shifted and I forgot about my to-do list...also felt energized. Her corrections were helpful and kept me honest....There was no cheating in her class.

Bee’s energy and confidence were infectious and her ability to find the perfect challenge point was great. Everything was VERY challenging but not in the way you feel like dying, but instead feeling strong, empowered, and wanting more.

Thank you Bee and I highly recommend her classes if you want a great workout but also want to use good form and get results. Don’t take her class if you hate good energy and fun.

What a fabulous Matgic class! Fun, intelligent, detailed, challenging and indulgent - all at the same time. Bridgette set the perfect pace to get my body moving but also give the tailored corrections and tips for alignment that I needed. I feel so much better after taking this class, and so appreciate Bridgette's awesome energy and sharing so much good knowledge. Highly recommend!
