Absolutely addicted. The staff is super nice and I’ve only been going two classes max for a few weeks and my abs are already starting to come back. Only thing I don’t love is if you book through class pass you are put on the very end. Not an amazing spot for a beginner. None the less I’m about to buy a membership.

I hate how much I absolutely love SLT. Despite how insanely challenging it is, my body points itself to a class at the Cobble Hill studio at least 3x a week and I've learned to live with a healthy but constant low level of soreness. After just a few classes, I signed up for an monthly membership and even though the price gave me sticker shock, this has been one of the best investments towards my health. My back always feels better after class, I noticed improvements in my posture almost immediately, I feel taller and, most importantly with each class I've gotten stronger. The classes are hard, period. It's 50 minutes of near torture that will fatigue muscles you didn't even know you had. However, this is what makes the reward of SLT so great. The moments in a class where you notice your body can do something it couldn't do a week or two earlier are like an addictive drug you just want more of.
I enjoy the community environment at SLT but also appreciate that I can go into my own little world once I climb aboard the megaformer and just be with me and my body. Every instructor I have met has been kind, supportive, welcoming, and very knowledgable, and I've yet to have a negative experience with the staff. The studio is always clean and tidy.
As a woman nearing 50, the reasons I work out are different than when I was younger. Sure, I'd like to chisel my abs into a six pack and would like to be thinner, but what is most important to me now is that I age as gracefully as I can and with the strongest, healthiest body possible. SLT will make you deeply proud of the body you have no matter what shape and size it is.

Just getting back into mega former pilates after two years of not doing it, and I can’t recommend SLT Cobble Hill enough. The classes are no joke, and humbling to say the least, but the front desk team and lead instructor Casey P make it so worth it!

The instructors here are all great. One of the best (hardest, most efficient) workouts I've done, ever.

Not sure what’s up with the reviews saying instructors are rude, everyone I’ve encountered here has been helpful and amiable! I’m absolutely addicted to this class and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Go to NYP - New York Pilates. I wanted to like this cause it’s in my neighborhood but NYP is way better vibe/music/instructors and the staff here is inconsistent and rude..

Definitely don’t go to any Brooklyn SLT studios, and take your business to Manhattan instead. After more than four years of me being a loyal client in Manhattan, I was charged a renewal for a monthly membership. When I alerted the Brooklyn office - the same day - that the charge had been a mistake, they dug their heels in and absolutely refused to refund me the almost $500 charge. In the end, a manager in Manhattan was able to help me after I pointed out that I had been a loyal customer at W14 for years, but I don’t recommend spending your money with SLT Brooklyn - apparently once they get your credit card number they think it’s a free license to charge you huge sums and then tell you it’s “against policy” to give refunds.

Jason kills me every time. This location is on the smaller side, which helps create more of a one on one experience with the instructor. Come for a Hardcore class, your obliques will thank you later <3.

Probably one of the hardest studio workouts out there. Instructors are professional and you will always leave with trembling legs!

One of the toughest workouts of all time. Get ready to work and hopefully get some blazing abs.

I love this work out and come here all the way from Manhattan. It is one of the best work outs!!! The reason for one start is that I wasn't allowed to take the class because I was 5 minutes late (F train problems)... I did pay for it and class was half empty. Tracy (the owner of the studio) still didn't let me join the class! It was rude and unprofessional. Might not be back there.
