Excellent experience yesterday morning with reception and Jill’s 8:30am class. Jill was kind and welcoming. Killer workout. Everything you’d want in an instructor. Things took a turn this morning when I arrived late. I called three times and no one answered the phone; however, l was within policy guidelines. The two ladies standing beside the desk were a bit rude. Not sure why the phone wasn’t answered. Rani had the absolute worst attitude the moment I walked in. I attempted to do a modification at the front of the machine due to back pain and she literally said to me “what are you doing” in the nastiest tone. Upon leaving class, she stared me down. I figured I’d try a new Lagree studio while in town but this is experience is exactly why studios get such a bad reputation.

Front office check-in lady was rude and gave an attitude while trying to check-in for a corporate buy out class. Usually a big fan of SLT but I shan’t be returning to this branch

Love the class structure here much more than Solidcore. I like that you do more of a variety of moves and guided stretches at the end. Claudia’s class has been great

Addicted. Ive lost 20lbs since I started. Nothing else (Ive tried everything) has worked for me like SLT. It is low impact so my nervous system doesnt get overstressed, but it’s high intensity so it invigorates every muscle in the body. It makes me feel energized, capable, strong, balanced, grounded, and my mood is always uplifted. Adam is the best teacher. Lynsey and Louisa are also wonderful. They all take care to accommodate my injuries. SLT is HOME!

I love the classes, I've gone 10 times and none of them have been the same. They are new, fresh and challenging. The instructors also take time to correct your form while making it fun with amazing music. Definitely feel a lot leaner.

Class was great but wow, the female receptionist was so incredibly rude and did not seem to care. I was checking in and it was my first time at the studio. The receptionist was chatting with someone and she made it seem like I was interrupting her convo. I’m not expecting some cheerful greeting but her demeanor was just so off and extremely unwelcoming. As it was my first time at this particular studio, I didn’t know where the bathroom or lockers were so I asked and she seemed annoyed and said they’re inside. When i mentioned it was my first time here - her tone was so sarcastic and just said “oh, welcome”
This is the reason why some of these workout classes (especially in the Pilates and yoga world) get such a bad rep - it’s people like this who just don’t seem to care (5 seconds later, another woman walks in and gives her a big hug and a hello). It’s just rude vibes. Will not come back to this studio at all.

Peter Sun’s class on Sunday was awesome. It was super challenging and he was attentive which made me work my hardest! Now I’m super sore today in all the right places. Highly recommended!

BE AWARE VERY RUDE customer service - Brian at the Receiption picked up my phone call. It’s my first time calling SLT, and just to let them know I won’t be able to make it for the next class in 30 minutes - @3:30pm, I was calling to ask if he could kindly mark my attendance so classpass won’t charge me a cancellation fee, and SLT will still get paid. Inside of telling me yes or no, he said very impatiently “Okay I will TRY, BYE and HAVE A NICE DAY.”

Brian’s beyond rude - what is wrong with this guy? Flatiron is like the flagship store for SLT, and shouldn’t have someone like him to ruin the brand image. I love SLT and all the instructors are super nice, but please get this guy Brian out of the reception desk / picking up any phone calls, he is just so rude 👎🏿
