Cancelled a 7:30am class 4 minutes before the start time. At a minimum, a workout studio or gym needs to be reliable - especially if you’re going to wake up early.

I had Shae as an instructor. Worst workout class I have ever taken. Couldn’t understand a word she was saying, and I felt like she was judging me the entire time, being that I am a newbie to SLT. Will never take that class again.
