This is my favorite SLT I have been going here since the jump. The desk is warm and welcoming. The trainers are beyond. They encourage me to push myself, but in a safe way. My core strength has definitely improved, but more so my body looks amazing, especially my ass! Lifted and perky, nuff said. Check it out

Hard workout- but a good workout. I would recommend taking the intro class if you've never used a megaformer as the regular classes move at a quicker pace.

Love this workout and this studio on the upper west side! The teaching staff is outstanding…motivating at all the right moments, while giving proper cues and alignment adjustments. I love it!

Decided to try this for the first time at age 53. And yes, it is hard, even though I am reasonably fit. But I kept going and am really enjoying how strong I am becoming. My fave instructor, Sammy, is encouraging and engaging and great about checking in to see how everyone in the class is doing. Looking forward to continuing!

Took 6 classes here on the 14 day unlimited package. Beautiful studio (far brighter/more natural light than the flatiron studio), incredible instructors, challenging workouts, and really easygoing and encouraging atmosphere. Definitely helps that it’s a 2 minute walk from the 1 train and down the block for a blue bottle treat right after. I’ll miss this place when I move to Dallas but I’m positive that this’ll be the first place I go when I move back to the city.
